Came here for happy hour and was not disappointed. The views are amazing, and the drinks and snacks were perfect for aperitivo hour. Make sure to get a reservation as soon as possible since they are very limited.

We had our 1st date here on our honeymoon and it was great. They gave us the best spot in the house. I was very impressed with them and their service.

Delicious food in a nice, quiet place in Positano. The food is a bit pricey, but I thought it was worth it for the service and the place where you sit. The wine that was recommended was great, really enjoyed it! Wonderful place to relax in busy Positano.

There was no availability to book, so we were contacted via a wait list. On arrival, we were surprised by how quiet it was, hardly anyone there. Pre dinner drinks were very nice, food was on point, staff and service were excellent even though our bottle of wine was forgotten. Views are lovely.

I hosted my destination wedding reception dinner here at Il Tridente restaurant earlier this month and it was absolutely magical. Everything from the incredible views, atmosphere, food and service was beyond my expectations. My guests were in awe of the entire experience and it's one that we'll never forget. Liliana, who is in charge of the events for the restaurant, took really good care of setting up the entire experience for us. I was a bit apprehensive at first as we were trying to organize this from overseas (Canada) but Liliana was so great at communicating with us and pulled off an INCREDIBLE experience for us all along with her team. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone travelling to Positano if you're either looking for a dinner spot with an incredible view, or a wedding dinner reception. This place is amazing and I will be stopping by every time I visit Positano going forward. Thank you Liliana and team :)

I made a booking as soon as reservations opened prior to the day (14 days to be exact). I booked the bar around 6:30pm to watch the sunset and thereafter dinner at 7pm. I showed slightly earlier to get more time with the amazing views which were breathtaking and the staff were very accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like royalty and called by my name throughout the night by all staff (at the bar and restaurant). This attention to detail throughout the experience. I had a cocktail at the bar and received so much of complimentary snacks (cold and warm). This included olives, crisps and fried mozzarella with maranara sauce. My cocktail was approximately EUR23. I moved across to the restaurant as the sun was slowly disappearing and the lights of Positano came on. There was live music which set the scene. I was taken care of by Christina and Alfredo. Their service was impeccable and they never missed a beat. Always there when you need them and always one step ahead on what you need. Alfredo gives the best recommendations. Tell him what you like and he will sort you out. Throw away the menu. I had the lobster pasta which was perfection. For the price, you get the lobster meat of one whole lobster which justifies the price of EUR38. For dessert I had the Apple crumble of sorts with lemon drizzle and cinnamon ice cream. Another hit and it was phenomenal. This was EUR18. Alfredo recommended a glass of Chianti because I wanted a glass of red (no judgment was given even though I was eating seafood). This was EUR20. Blankets are provided if you feel cold. Again, the staff noticed I was a bit cold and without me even asking, a warm blanket was placed over my shoulders.

Amazing setting, views, food and professional friendly staff. The highlight of our visit to Positano and will be talked about for years to come.

Beautiful place, a shame that due to the rain that day you couldn't eat outside. Ten attention and really tasty food. It is not cheap but it is in line with the prices in the area and the quality of its products, the price of the desserts is a little excessive at 18 euros. The restaurant is beautiful, bathrooms with individual towels to dry yourself, small details in which you can appreciate the quality of the place. I will recommend it to family and friends if they decide to visit Positano.

I would come back to the Amalfi Coast just for this vegan cheesecake, it was honestly the best. So appreciative of having a separate vegan menu. I would also give the service a 6/5 rating if I could. I didn’t love the vegan “pizza” but would 100% still come back for the other food, service and for the amazing view.

It was a challenging climb to the restaurant from the port, but the food and the view were worth it. The service is excellent, the restaurant is clean as well as their toilet. It’s pricey but you pay for an unforgettable fine dining experience. I recommend this restaurant if you’re in Positano area.
