The location isn't on the lakeside, but it's still central and very welcoming. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. The dishes are excellent and original, and the ingredients are top-notch. Highly recommended!

An elegant and serene place. Perfect and impeccable service with smiling and fast waiters. The beef fillet was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. The mixed fried fish was dry and crispy. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

A lovely restaurant just outside the center of Bolsena. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We ate really well. We highly recommend stopping by.

Great restaurant, slightly higher prices for this area, so a great selection of meat (from T-bone to tomahawk) for €7/100g.
A wonderful wine list with everything Italy has to offer. (Super Tuscan, Piemonte, Montalcino (San Giovese), Vino Nobile, Amarone...)
The only negative point is probably the friendliness of the service. The owner of the restaurant is very personable, but the same cannot necessarily be said of the waiters. (We always received a free digestif, usually from the owner himself; the waiter seems to be unfamiliar with this concept.)
Still, a great restaurant.

I can only speak highly of this place. The background music makes it inviting, but the real flavor comes from the high-quality food, which immediately catches the eye. Two tortelloni with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, stracciata, and pesto were exquisite. For main courses, a fried fish and grilled octopus. To finish, two equally delicious desserts. Try it and believe it, as well as the courtesy and experience of the staff, always ready to help customers with their choices.
