Restaurant located a few steps from Bolsena's main square, on the main road. Excellent quality, prices in line with the local norm, but with superior quality.

Highly recommended restaurant. Excellent food, excellent value, friendly and attentive staff. Also ideal for special occasions. Luca, the owner, is extremely helpful. Definitely a restaurant to return to.

Very simple and charming restaurant. The exterior should be highlighted because it's rather anonymous. I didn't visit the grill area, which looks very quaint. Excellent cleanliness. Excellent and well-presented food. Tortelli with burrata cheese, pistachio sauce, and sublime shrimp. Restaurant with lake and sea fish and excellent meat. Service needs some work; they were too quick to clear the plates, leaving only one diner alone who was still eating. Really good price.

The restaurant was recommended to us during a coffee break at a café near the lake: it was absolutely spot on. The atmosphere, decorated in shades of blue, white, and brown, exudes a unique sense of tranquility, aided by soft background music at just the right volume for pleasant conversation. The staff are the real asset: courteous, highly knowledgeable, fast, and always available. The food is excellent, with an honorable mention for the pasta, clearly homemade and exceptionally delicious. An impeccable experience in every way.

05/05/2026: Legendary place. On the third night I passed by, I gave in. Unique large pizza, impeccable, friendly, and fast service, fun atmosphere. Excellent flavors. I'll return, but without any dietary restrictions.
01/05/2026: I've been getting pizza here since 2017. The service, especially, has improved dramatically. The food has always been good, but the staff is the icing on the cake. They're wonderful people. The finest and most digestible pizza, I dare say, not in Viterbo, but in all of Lazio.
