A dear friend of ours recommended this restaurant to us. We found kindness and professionalism in addition to the wonderful place. Very nice restaurant offering a variety of exceptional meat and fish dishes. It was all delicious, with excellent quality meat (we chose meat). 100% recommended we will definitely be back.

I spent two days in Bolsena and both evenings for dinner at the Tuscan, yes, excellent, delicious fish, friendly and nice staff, but the anchovies in bruschetta, the end of the world... so much stuff

For 3 years now, when I am in Bolsenai, I have been eating at this place. Beautiful restaurant, well-furnished, applause to whoever chose the wallpaper. Service, staff always friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. Excellent food, rich and varied cutting board, special mention for the bread with chicken liver paté, exquisite seafood arancini with tomato mayonnaise. Tasty first course, both the maltagliati with artichokes and bacon and the tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù. Dessert, well-made both the crema catalana and a reinterpretation of tiramisu with a maritozzo base and pistachio flavor. Value for money, nothing to say. Congratulations!

...preoccupati dal titolo? Ma no..., è solo che è davvero difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo al ristorante "Il Toscano" di Bolsena. Ottima cucina, personale decisamente gentile e premuroso. Non è la prima volta che ci veniamo e dispiace solo che Bolsena non sia più vicina a Roma. Degli ottimi piatti ho già accennato (consiglio spaghettoni cacio e pepe, ma anche i tortelloni con i gamberetti) e può sembrare strano che mi soffermi sul pane ma, credetemi, è una vera delizia: è fatto in casa (come molta della pasta del resto) e viene offerto caldo... un antico piacere oggi raramente godibile. In conclusione, se siete in zona non perdetevi un pranzo, o una cena, da "il Toscano". Dimenticavo, anche il prezzo è adeguato!

servizio molto buono, il personale è attento ma non invasivo, con dei modi di fare che ti fanno sentire a casa. noi abbiamo ordinato carne e l'abbiamo trovata di ottima qualità. non abbiamo avuto problemi per la presenta del nostro cane ( e non è scontato) anzi hanno dato attenzioni anche a lui! che dire..... tutto perfetto!

The main dish was a simple grilled chicken leg with pasta and stewed vegetables. The taste of the chicken legs is a bit woody, but if it is drizzled with a little chili oil or olive oil, the flavor is quite acceptable. Some members find it difficult to enter, but I personally can adapt to it. The vegetables are generally stewed very soft, which is suitable for the elderly or those who like a soft texture. However, the saltiness is too high, so I have to drink water all the time to balance the saltiness. After the meal, juice and coffee are provided, which are surprisingly sweet, which is good news for those with a sweet tooth. The dessert section is a highlight. Each restaurant has a different style. The tiramisu is outstanding and worth a try. Overall, the food is quite satisfactory. If you have the opportunity to order a la carte, it is recommended to communicate with the store to adjust the seasoning of vegetables, which will make the dining experience better. Environment: Very clean and antique, and the space is very comfortable
