I can only speak highly of this place. The background music makes it inviting, but the real flavor comes from the high-quality food, which immediately catches the eye. Two tortelloni with shrimp, cherry tomatoes, stracciata, and pesto were exquisite. For main courses, a fried fish and grilled octopus. To finish, two equally delicious desserts. Try it and believe it, as well as the courtesy and experience of the staff, always ready to help customers with their choices.

Family lunch, three adults. A seafood appetizer, a lake appetizer, spaghetti with lupini beans and clams, a tortellone and a seafood fry. A glass of still house white wine and a water.... €94. The appetizers are very limited and not nearly enough for one person. The fried food was made up of very few pieces and rubbery. The tortelloni, on the other hand, are truly exceptional, I highly recommend them (even if, alas, they are only 3 pieces). Spaghetti with clams and lupini beans are good but not exceptional. We were looking for a restaurant that would become our point of reference in Bolsena and unfortunately I have to say that our search continues.

Good service. Some dishes could be improved. Especially the cooking of the pici, really overcooked... Location on the road below the village and far from the lake...not so appealing Kind owner and table staff. Prices in line with the average for the place.

Cucina ottima...Pici alla Agliata fatta come si deve....consigliatissimo...pane saporitissimo accompagnato da un antipasto toscano casereccio.

06/08/2025: Very nice restaurant, with the option of eating on the terrace, perfect on nice days. The food is excellent and the value is good. I noticed the owner's somewhat rigid attitude toward the waiter, which was unpleasant. But other than that, the experience was really pleasant. I would gladly return!
05/08/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a beautiful view of the Torre di Lavello and excellent food. Special mention also goes to the staff, especially the gentleman who helped us and gave us excellent advice on our choice.
