Best restaurant experience in all of Tuscany! Authentic food, excellent service, fair prices.

The service was very friendly the food was very good. I also appreciated the quiet terrace away from the busy main tourist street but still close to the main attractions. Highly recommended.

A very nice evening! We managed to get a table at around 9:15 p.m. and were allowed to sit outside – even with our dog, which was very pleasant. The service was friendly and attentive. As a little surprise, we were given an entrée on the house to start. Our order: • Crostini (4 varieties) • Il Cinghiale alla Volterrana – wild boar slow-braised with herbs and red wine (€17) • Guancia Brasata – beef cheeks, slow-braised in wine (€18) • Spinaci Saltati (2x) – braised spinach with Parmesan (€6 per portion) • Millefoglie – crispy puff pastry with zabaglione and fresh berries (€9) • Served with a water and two glasses of wine All the dishes were beautifully presented, the meat dishes wonderfully tender and flavorful. I would have preferred a bit more seasoning for the spinach, but I'm sure they would have easily added more seasoning upon request. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine for the quality. The only minor drawback outside was the occasional car passing by, presumably because of the late hour. Overall, highly recommended.

Amazing restaurant! I can with my family and everything was amazing! The truffle raviolis and the tuscan beef is a must! we had caponata, eggplant parmigiana, caccio peppe! 100% recommended if you come to Volterra!

Great lunch there. Wonderful street-side atmosphere and great service, especially from Ashley. The pastas were outstanding. A must visit if in Volterra.

Locale nel centro storico di Volterra, arredato con gusto. Spazi ampi e confortevoli. Cibo buonissimo con piatti tipici e ricercati. Così come i vini. Personale gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti! Se si passa da Volterra sarebbe un peccato non provarlo. Complimenti!!
