A truly welcoming place, run by a very friendly couple (she serves food, he cooks).
Local cuisine with some variations, but well-balanced. The à la carte menu features two or three dishes per course (a sign of authenticity in the selection of ingredients). They also pay special attention to vegetarians. The wine cellar features mostly local wines, but not only that, all top-quality. It goes without saying that the prices aren't typical of a trattoria, but... it's worth every penny.

Elegant without being overbearing, seasonal cuisine and fantastic dishes, attentive service for vegetarian and vegan guests (a rarity in Piedmont), and even a gluten-free restaurant.

Excellent restaurant serving authentic Piedmontese cuisine. The signature dish is the superb boiled meat, well-prepared with top-quality Piedmontese meats. Friendly and helpful service.

We suffered from the cold, and the owners showed no willingness to resolve the situation. The food was good, but the service was lacking. They showed little interest in the customer. They do accept dogs, but please let them know.

The mixed boiled meats were really good. The service could be improved a bit, especially for a dish as "difficult to manage" as boiled meat! The price isn't exactly cheap, but the quality is excellent.
