Enoteca Verso In Roma

We went to this wine shop with friends. The owner (I think) was very kind, she recommended an excellent wine (Riesling) and talked to us a lot about both the wine and the various cellars they have. She is very passionate and you can see that she knows the wines and offers them to customers with love and care, even to those of us who love good wine but are not exactly experts. The environment is warm and pleasant, the food is good but above all they have lots of wines for all tastes and budgets. We will definitely be back.

Thanks to "Mario" the SOMM. Always been a pleasure talks about wine with him. I mean It's very hard to find a great wine expert, especially talking about France, Italy, Slovenja etc.. thank you.

They have a very wine selection but our choice was out of stock. The food selection is of high standard but still not up to the mark of international quality. I ordered a duck but I wished that waitress would have asked how do I like meat then I wouldn’t have been served medium rare duck. Their Italian menu and english menu was a little different.

It’s a v nice authentic Italian restaurant. Easy to get reservations. They have a v good wine collection but most of them are to be ordered per bottle . Food is great however I was not asked how cooked I’d prefer my meat . Service is a little slow, but I can say for sure, they gave in 100% of the effort . Staff is very friendly.

Non so veramente da dove partire, quindi partirò dall'inizio. Ero già stata anni fa in questa enoteca, mi trovavo nei paraggi con un amico e ho deciso di entrare di nuovo. L'enoteca è bellissima, si respira un'aria calda, conviviale e ricercata. Silvia ci ha consigliato un ottimo vino, da abbinare al menu aperitivo e ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che abbiamo fatto il bis( Non solo ce lo ha consigliato, ha fatto molto di più, ce lo ha raccontato). Cosa abbiamo preso da mangiare? Uno sfiziosissimo aperitivo con una selezione pazzesca di formaggi, le panelle croccanti 😍 e i mini bun (speciali). Ci siamo trovati così bene che abbiamo deciso di proseguire con la cena, consigliatissimo il fusillone con pomodoro bruciato e i tortelli con zucca e taleggio. E poi dolci buonissimi accompagnati da ottimi vini da meditazione. Quello che non sapevamo e che abbiamo scoperto è che dietro tutto questo c'è un lavoro pazzesco dello chef (per esempio la pasta è tirata a mano ogni giorno ) insomma nulla di dozzinale nonchè una sapienza incredibile della sommelier. Prezzi giusti. Torneremo assolutamente , ho ancora un sacco di cose da voler assaggiare.

Senza parole... il paese dei balocchi per chi ama il vino !!! abbiamo passato una serata coccolati ed incantati dai racconti di vino di Silvia su etichette per lo più sconosciute. CI siamo avvicinai per un aperitivo e siamo rimasti a cena viste le proposte invitanti. OTTIMA CENA , in pratica abbiamo chiuso il locale con loro... che serata

Torno regolarmente in questa enoteca ed ogni volta è una certezza. Ottimo cibo, infinita scelta di vini e personale gentile e professionale. L' ambiente è accogliente e raffinato. Da notare che contrariamente agli aumenti di prezzo che si registrano ovunque dall' inizio dell'anno anno, qui non ho trovato nessuna differenza in questo senso nonostante le proposte culinarie siano sempre in evoluzione. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che giusto. Super consigliato!
