We enjoyed having a very delicious dinner. I had the grilled tuna and my beautiful wife had grilled chicken with basmati rice and vegetables on the side. We enjoyed the place, the music and the hospitality. Very highly recommended to everyone.

Food was amazing and the service was top shelf!. This was only further complemented by the amazing elevated view and vibe of Positano and the water. We were honored to have the chance to meet the founding three sisters- Rosario, Pina and Margarita Great choice and looking forward to going back many more times!

The food was well prepared, the sea bass with citrus sauce was excellent, as was the sea bass with artichokes (although they were a bit tough). The typical lemon dessert was mild but delicious. The service was a bit slow but helpful.

Had a great experience at Il Fornillo. Food was fresh, drinks were delicious, views amazing and they have a sweet cat which politely comes visit.

What a wonderful spot! The food is amazing! Totally worth the wait. One of our best dinners in Italy, if not the best. Thank you! P.S. came back the next day. Ordered house wine and wine from wine list - both delightful! I don’t remember the better pork chops. Everything else is just as great. Don’t miss out. The view, the atmosphere- just perfect. They don’t rush you- so chill. Lorenzo was taking care of us both days and he is super helpful. Make sure to Order dessert.

Bel locale a Fornillo sopra Positano. Personale simpatico e gentile Ottimi i ravioli ai 4 formaggi anche se un po’ cari, molto buono il branzino e un po’ meno le patate al forno Ottimo il sorbetto prezzi nella media di Positano Consigliato

Il Fornillo estaba en nuestra lista para el viaje. Nos encanta el cacio y el pepe y eran de los pocos restaurantes de Positano que lo tenían. Fue increíble. El restaurante es precioso. Nos pareció que el personal era educado pero no amable. Nos sentimos mucho más bienvenidos en todas partes en Positano. Salimos del desierto para volver a Saraceno D Oro para allí hospitalidad y pastel de limón.

20/11/2025: Excellent stay, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, all amenities available. Very helpful staff. The location is also magnificent, with beautiful views from the rooms and the veranda (breakfast).
