Massive restaurant and therefore very commercial. The quality is fair, but pasta dishes drowned in oil. It certainly doesn't surprise Sicilian palates, at most those of tourists.

We have been there several times, the rooms are simple but clean and with outdoor spaces. The owners are always available to customers and ready to accompany them to the port as needed. Sea front where there are free beaches with free umbrellas. Right next door are the two most popular restaurants Alfredo (very good granitas) and Il Gambero (our favorite for pasta and pizza). We love the Aeolian Islands, especially Salina

Rarely do I come home with the desire to write a review, well this is the right time. If you are wandering in the scorching summer heat and find yourself in Lingua, your refuge is Il Delfino. In the shade of the "pinnata", refreshed by the sea breeze you will be welcomed by the elegance of Gisella and the professionalism of Giovanni. Photos are superfluous because the dishes have a unique presentation like the taste that distinguishes them, a flavor of family and affection prepared with local, quality products. A peaceful corner where you can taste one of the many wines produced on the island, a complete cellar where you can choose between Whites with a strong flavor or Reds that enhance the aromas and scents of the Territory. For many it will be a simple review, for me it is a thank you, because stopping at the Delfino even for an aperitif is already a great opportunity. Cheers beautiful people and happy holidays.
