Abbiamo visitato l’isola di Salina e per la sosta pranzo ci veniva consigliato nella frazione di Lingua un altro ristorante. Vista la folla ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante e devo dire che abbiamo fatto bene. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo piatto di spaghetti con le vongole e una cassatina veramente molto buona accompagnati da un ottimo vino bianco. La ragazza che ci ha servito è stata molto gentile anche quando nell’attesa di ripartire è venuto a piovere e lei molto gentilmente ci offerto un riparo. Lo consiglio.

Massive restaurant and therefore very commercial. The quality is fair, but pasta dishes drowned in oil. It certainly doesn't surprise Sicilian palates, at most those of tourists.

We have been there several times, the rooms are simple but clean and with outdoor spaces. The owners are always available to customers and ready to accompany them to the port as needed. Sea front where there are free beaches with free umbrellas. Right next door are the two most popular restaurants Alfredo (very good granitas) and Il Gambero (our favorite for pasta and pizza). We love the Aeolian Islands, especially Salina

I rarely come home with the desire to write a review, well this is the right time. If you are wandering under a torrid summer heat and you find yourself in Lingua, your refuge is the Delfino. In the shade of the "pinnata", refreshed by the sea breeze you will be welcomed by the elegance of Gisella and the professionalism of Giovanni. The photos are superfluous because the dishes have a unique presentation as the taste that distinguishes them, a taste of family and affection prepared with local and quality products. A corner of peace where you can taste one of the many wines produced on the island, a complete cellar where you can choose between Whites with a strong taste or Reds that enhance the aromas and scents of the Territory.
