Dinner with friends. In July, they recommended the air-conditioned room inside. The room was packed. The pizza was delicious, but it was a shame we couldn't finish it because it was so hot, and we couldn't wait to leave. We asked to move twice because we were so sweaty, but it was no use. Our table in the back corner was a furnace. He recommended changing the knives, and I lost patience trying to cut the pizza... it just stayed there.

We hadn't booked, but there were no problems. The room is large and welcoming. Very unique, with an exhibition of old sewing machines and tables of various sizes, set on antique Singer iron bases. Beautiful! We ate really well!!!

This place is one of our favorites. It offers a wide menu with excellent meat and fish options, always fresh and with generous portions. The pizzeria has a wood-fired oven and is also very good. The prices are absolutely affordable, and the staff is friendly and fast.

If you're passing through San Lazzaro di Savena, stop by Casale for tagliatella with ragù. The atmosphere is that of a classic Italian trattoria, without too many frills, but the tagliatella with ragù I had today brought back memories of my mother and her excellent meat ragù. I would have cut the pasta a minute short, but otherwise, it was perfect! The pasta was good, I think it was homemade, and this rich, classic Bolognese ragù was truly flavorful. The coffee was also excellent... If I may offer a tip... €17.50 for a first course and a coffee is a bit pricey. Nevertheless, it was worth it.

16/05/2026: If you're passing through Castel San Pietro Terme, on the Via Emilia, be sure to have lunch here: the food is heavenly! It's a bit of an unusual location, being located on the grounds of a gas station and car wash, but I can assure you the chef is on par with even the most celebrated pan artists. Emilian cuisine at its finest. I had crescentine with cured meats, passatelli, and waffles with gelato and black cherries. Everything was delicious; the crescentine were fried to perfection, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was clean, the staff were courteous and extremely helpful, and the service excellent. I'll definitely be back.

07/07/2026: I liked it; the place is refined but not pretentious, intimate and pleasant. The quality/price ratio is also good. Their specialty is snails and fried frogs, but they have a good selection of other dishes. Recommended.
28/06/2026: The service and cuisine were truly top-notch. We'll definitely be back!
