A classy restaurant in a manor house. An environment expertly furnished with period furniture and chandeliers. The enrichment of all the rooms with Angeleri Luciano's modern works of art gives a touch of fresh air. Each table has its own small sculpture, centerpiece, always by the same artist. In all this, it must be said that they make you feel at home, with food with an exceptional flavour, with the smile of the maitre, of those who serve you, those who manage and finally with the visit of the chef who wants to make sure (! ) that the food was to our liking. The service, the presentation of the dishes were all perfect. Finally, the visit to the Infernot (the largest in Monferrato) upon reservation, one surprise after another, with the guidance of the maître Mattia. Outside, the square for summer evenings offers a view towards the valley with a Renaissance appearance. In the end, a visit to the characteristic village of Olivola completes a day of 360-degree beauty. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing location - we went for lunch so could experience the view beforehand. Definitely recommend the paired wine fixed menu. The presentation was top shelf and the wine plentiful. Intimate setting in a historical mansion. The staff were friendly with just the right level of attentiveness. Just a pity we live so far away.
