Gourmet lunch in Piedmont Beautiful setting in a small Piedmont village, with attentive and fast service. We enjoyed an aperitif, two glasses of prosecco, and were served four entrées: a chickpea cone, a savory baba, a blue cheese and hazelnut tart, and tomato chips with fresh cream and anchovies with lemon jelly. Very special. There were several tasting menus available, as well as the à la carte menu. We chose the Territory and Tradition tasting menu for €70 per person. Typical Monferrato dishes presented with care. Piedmontese Fassona tartare, rosemary and mustard, smoked egg yolk and shallots, truly excellent. Traditional plinth, roast gravy and thyme, Piedmontese fillet, celeriac, black cabbage, and Bordeaux sauce. Everything was delicious. The pre-dessert, you either love it or hate it, was a very special vinegar sorbet. The dessert: I'm not...a Bonet! Made with the ingredients of a bunet. We were served a small pastry along with coffee and four small sweets. Drinks are not included. Cover charge is €5, 75cl water €4, and we spent €208 for two. Recommended for a special occasion.

The setting, housed in a beautifully restored historic villa, is truly evocative, with a frescoed interior and refined atmosphere, perfect for a romantic evening or an important occasion.

The quality of the food is excellent, a true journey of flavors that unfolds as you eat. I absolutely recommend this unique experience. The atmosphere is spacious, comfortable, and I'd even say private. The service is classy and unpretentious.

The main question we couldn't answer was why this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star... Food quality, refined cuisine, impeccable service, and friendly staff are all features you'll find at I Due Buoi. What's more, the restaurant is beautiful, spacious, and quiet, and the prices are absolutely fair for the quality of the food and service offered. I hope to see this restaurant and its chef get the recognition they deserve soon. 🌟

My husband and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. It was an absolutely positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. The dishes are excellent, with refined flavors and top-quality ingredients. Great attention to intolerances, and the gluten-free bread is delicious! Compliments to the chef and all the staff. We'll be back!

We made a reservation at I Due Buoi for a birthday celebration. The restaurant is located in the small town of Olivola, Piedmont, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The ambiance is harmonious, the staff is extremely friendly and competent. We received excellent advice regarding the wine selection, and each course was described precisely. The presentation of the dishes was outstanding, as was the quality of the individual components. It was certainly surprising, but always sensationally designed, thoughtfully prepared, and prepared. The pricing is definitely reasonable for the menu selection, and the prices of the wines on offer also pleasantly surprised us. After a very friendly conversation with the chef, we're keeping our fingers crossed that this wonderful restaurant will soon be awarded its first star!
