The staff clearly enjoys their work, I loved the service from the table staff and the kitchen. I highly recommend it, I will certainly return.

We loved the place, the food, and especially the service. My girlfriend and I had just had a fight, but thanks to their positive energy, we both left feeling incredibly happy and full. The ravioli and fettuccine were top-notch. But the meat with mushrooms was delicious; we loved everything.

We had twice a family lunch in this place in November 2025 and were very satisfied from our meals. Pasta with goose liver and mushrooms was perfect as well as amaretto and cacao bonet on the desert. Good choice of wines. Pumpkin soup with black truffles is very recomended. A little bit expensive, but we dont regret of spendings in this place. Thanks to personnel and best wishes.

I can only rate the restaurant. The food is very ordinary and not worth the price. The pasta with cheese head had an impressive presentation and a very simple taste that I didn't want to finish. Also, the tip of 10 euros was immediately included in the check. What can you say about the view from the window, it was incredible If you want to enjoy the view from the window and the atmosphere, you can try it. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations

We only ate here, so I am judging the restaurant. We found the food a little bit overpriced for what it was. The bread the offer was super hard. The food was okay, but we were expecting more.

El lugar es muy romántico, pero el servicio se siente muy falso. Están tratando de mantener las apariencias, pero es obvio lo estresado que está el personal por culpa de un hombre mayor que parece ocupar una posición superior. Esto fue muy evidente para todos los invitados. La comida, si bien no está mal, en general es cara.

Tuvimos un almuerzo increíble! Mi hijo comió lasaña al horno que en mi opinión fue un poco salada, la primera vez que lo intenté de esta manera no fue malo, pero inusual. ¡Le encantó! Pero la pasta era increíble. Estamos muy orgullosos de hacer la pasta casera más sabrosa del hogar, pero esta es nuestra. Seguramente un poco caro y no le gustó el cargo de cobertura por cada persona 5 €, también se aseguran de que el precio no incluye propinas y le piden que escriba la propina delante de ellos. Eso es extraño para mi pensamiento europeo. El personal era amable y rápido!

La Pergola Hotel Restaurant

20/09/2025: A beautiful location, lunch on the sunny terrace with its feet in the water and magnificent views of the lake and mountains. Quiet and hidden from the crowds of Bellagio. Lunch with an exceptional view. Lunch was excellent. (Services need to be improved and lack of warm welcome and customer service.)
15/08/2025: Quiet hotel on the other side of Bellagio, ferry arrival. Small hotel with about 15 rooms. We were very well received by a young man before check-in time; he showed us the room in a very clear manner. The view was sensational; in the early morning, we felt alone in the world. Even during breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake. Absolutely peaceful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. As for the restaurant, a very classy waiter with a nice sense of humor. He was really very good 👍. As for the food, we ate there three times to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view. Beautifully presented and well-presented dishes with refined cuisine. The room was large and had two balconies with a view. It was very well equipped, although the small downside was that the shower wasn't very wide for my size. The area is a paradise for relaxation.
