Great service and good food in the center of Trieste.

On the occasion of the Olio Capitale fair I was invited to this place. The cuisine is very good, prepared with taste and quality. The service is attentive and ready to be present at the table without delays despite the large influx of people. The only in is extra virgin olive oil: a great restaurant has great extra virgin olive oil. The oil bottle is not even up to standard as by law there must be a bottle with the anti-topping up device. The oil, among other things, also had a slight heating and rancid defect, probably due to poor management of the product. Be careful because oil is an INGREDIENT that can make the difference in enhancing the flavors of the dish. I recommend a Redoro extra virgin olive oil or a local extra virgin olive oil.

The place is young but a little retro, nice and clean, in the style of an old artists' tavern, the service is attentive but sober. The dishes are a surprise, there are two of us and we take 5 different fish dishes, all excellent, balanced without being too refined. We let ourselves be convinced on a house tocai, perfect choice. Excellent value for money A non-demanding venue, suitable for Valentine's Day as well as an evening with friends.

A must-visit for seafood lovers! The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The vialone nano risoto with shrimp and squid with mushrooms is spectacular!!! Warm and calm environment. Excellent service, the Colombian and Italian waitresses are charming. To return!

Straordinaria esperienza. Un locale caratteristico e accogliente dove la tradizione si sposa con il contemporaneo. Ho mangiato molto bene, ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Sul pezzo la ragazza che gestisce... cordiale, simpatica e preparata. Ho chiesto un vino da conversazione e la signora ha esaudito. Grazie Mara

Locale in pieno centro, carini i tavoli con tovagliato casalingo un po’ meno l’arredamento che raccoglie di tutto un po’. Personale giovane ma attento, menù di pesce piacevole, buone materie prime ma poco valorizzate, antipasto polpo e gnocchi alla zucca poco saporiti, meglio la burrata e spaghetti alla chitarra. Prezzi nella norma, nel complesso senza infamia e senza lode.
