The roof top restaurant at hotel Valadier, it’s a cozy restaurant, good food, decent service and with an interesting view to the surrounding buildings and houses.

As always, this is my favorite terrace in Rome! It has no equal! Impeccable service! An enchanting view and atmosphere! Varied and excellent menu! Excellent cellar with wines from all over the world! This is one of my favorites in the world! A billion compliments!

Stunning place to say the least! I celebrated my graduation last March 24th with an unforgettable dinner. The terrace is elegant and with attention to the smallest details, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The dining room staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to satisfy every need. We chose several courses, including the prawn tartare, the beef tartare (highly recommended) and the grilled octopus. All dishes were plentiful, well presented and prepared with great attention to detail. A special thanks to Gabriele, who served us professionally throughout the evening, advising us on the various proposals on the menu and making us feel truly at ease. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

This place is a hidden gem in heart of Rome! Gabriel went truly above and beyond and was the highlight of our trip to Rome! We only had 3 nights of stay in Rome, and we came to Hi res twice due to Gabriel’s exceptional service! Normally we are all about exploring the new places, but he got us hooked :)) Food and service is not any short of Michelin star!! If I could I would give 6 or 7 stars out of 5! Its been a few month since we visited and our son still asks for Hi-Res every once in a while ! :)

Quiet night, but incredible food and service at this rooftop hidden gem. The staff was knowledgeable about wines and paired it real nice with the plates. Must try when in Rome.

The food was undeniably flavorful, showcasing authentic ingredients with a depth that spoke to careful consideration and expertise. Each dish, while rooted in simplicity, revealed layers of complexity. The service, provided by Gabriel and Luca, was professional and attentive, demonstrating a strong knowledge of both the food and wine. Their expertise added to the overall experience, making the meal both enjoyable and memorable. Perfect site, of course.

An high end restaurant, really good service.

I was in this restaurant on the occasion of an event with a luxury brand in the centre. Excellent aperitif based on finger food and very delicate dinner. Sea bass with escarole that melted in your mouth. I would like to return in the summer to make the most of the terrace.
