Hi-Res Restaurant In Roma

Hi-res is an expensive and good restaurant with a fantastic view of beautiful Rome. For some items you feel like you are paying extra (8€ for a 200 ml cocacola is a lot) but I was expecting this pricing before I went in. The dishes were different in taste. The fish and the parmigiana were really tasty and totally worth it. The fiorentina steak was 1 kilo of meat and was enough for two people but I didn’t like its’ side dishes. The staff were very good and friendly specially the Tunisian guy called Sam’a I think. The only negative comment is that there was a photo shooting for their social media the day we visited and the photographer was taking pictures of the customers without asking.

A dinner where everything was perfect! Attentive and friendly service, high-quality dishes, and a location overlooking Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese, so I recommend going before dark.

A very nice, upscale restaurant. Fine, perfectly coordinated dishes. Our personal highlight of this visit, however, was our waiter, Giovanni. A huge thank you again for the outstanding, witty, and entertaining evening, which he personally made so special. Therefore, 10 stars for the service would be appropriate! Thank you so much!

Where do I even begin… A week ago I spoke with a lady from the staff and told her my requests. She fulfilled all of them and even more. I informed her we are celebrating a birthday and she told the staff to bring a dessert with candles (without me saying a word to the waiters). She also gave us the exact table I requested even though the restaurant was full. Apart from that, the food was an explosion of tastes. We ordered a lot of dishes and all were 10/10. The atmosphere was absolutely magical. And so were the waiters. Thank you Hi Res.

Giovanni is a true profesional. We realy enjoy the experience and for sure we will be back again. I recommended the restaurant for sure.
