I was in this restaurant on the occasion of an event with a luxury brand in the centre. Excellent aperitif based on finger food and very delicate dinner. Sea bass with escarole that melted in your mouth. I would like to return in the summer to make the most of the terrace.

We had a very good time at a group lunch with colleagues. The service was exceptional and Enrico was very thoughtful and polite as were all the other collaborators. We ate really well and taking into account the menu and the location in the center of Rome, between Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, we paid a fair price. Congratulations also to the girls at the reception for their patience and availability.

We had an amazing dinner for party of 5. Giovanni gave the best service that one can ask for! His presentation and description of each dish was unbelievable! We will definitely go back next time when we are in Rome! Thank you Giovanni and Matea for unforgettable experience! Posto sulla bella terrazza dell’hotel Valadier con vista sui tetti di Roma, l’Hires offre una cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave moderna (ma non eccessivamente) con materia prima di buona qualità. Buono lo spiedino di seppie con insalata di finocchio ed agrumi cosi’ come il fusilline con spigola e limone e panure. Servizio troppo lento, prezzi non eccessivi in rapporto alla location.

Ho deciso di festeggiare un compleanno importante in questa meravigliosa terrazza, una serata perfetta! Personale di sala gentile e preparato, ottimi i piatti ordinati (tagliolini con king crab, fregola ai frutti di mare, battuta di gambero rosa, spaghetti con i ricci), un bonus al pane fatto in casa e alla degustazione dell’olio offerta prima di iniziare la cena.
