Pizza with well-balanced dough and quality products - a choice that satisfies tradition but also creativity! Tasteful furnishings and a relaxed atmosphere: this place is a small pearl near the historic center! Honorable mention to the digestibility of the pizza and the suggested Belgian beer, super! Picked up pizza from Gusto today. I was helped immediately upon arrival. The waitress who helped me spoke good English. While waiting I could see how the pizzas were made. The pizzas were really tasty. All ingredients were fresh too. The burrata was tasty and I got a lot of Parma ham with my pizza (see photo)(14.50€). The owner explained that if he were to add these ingredients now, they would become warm and the taste would be compromised. That's why I was given those ingredients in containers. My girlfriend had a pizza margherita with buffalo mozzarella, also called bufalina (9€). This was very tasty and you could taste that all the ingredients were fresh. The price-quality ratio is great in my opinion. If you are in Pisa, it is definitely recommended to get a pizza here!

A very nice experience! The pizzas we ordered were delicious, you can see the good choice of products and the dedication they put into preparing it. There were three of us, right at opening time, friendly, warm welcome! Flexible choice of food, both main courses and dessert. WOW, never had such good pizza! All three pizzas were 1a, very good dough, great toppings, baked very well, a dream!

A pleasant discovery in the heart of Pisa, a few steps from the Court and the city centre. The quality of the food is definitely above average, providing an excellent dining experience. The service is quick and the waitresses are polite and attentive, helping to make the meal even more pleasant. The only aspect that can be improved is the noise generated by customers at nearby tables, which can sometimes slightly affect the atmosphere. However, this detail does not diminish the overall quality of the restaurant. Absolutely recommended!

Buona pizza con impasto particolare dato dal mix di 3 farine differenti. Il servizio è molto cordiale. Il proprietario ha scambiato con noi diverse battute e mi è sembrato che si prendesse cura di tutti i tavoli. Direi buona la prima!
