Gibas In Pesaro

Seafood restaurant located in one of the most panoramic spots in the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Fantastic view, and to fully enjoy it, I recommend going just before sunset, or at least when it's not completely dark. Quality food, well-cooked, excellent options. The cold spaghetti with raw seafood is fantastic. The marinated mackerel is also delicious. The grilled meat is generous, and the mixed seafood is excellent in both quantity and quality. Attentive and precise service. If you arrive early, there are no delays in delivery. Other tables near ours had to wait a few minutes too long to get their dinner. Recommended in any case.

A machine whose gears work perfectly. High-level staff demonstrates all their professionalism and dedication. The mixed seafood appetizers are very good, the first courses are delicious and unique (try the cold spaghetti), and the fried fish is enormous and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

I decided to stop here at Gibas for lunch, and I'd say I made the right choice. The food is excellent, the dishes are carefully crafted, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Recommended if you enjoy a slightly more sophisticated lunch with a sea view; from that altitude, peace of mind is guaranteed.

Siamo sempre stati bene da Gibas. Abbiamo festeggiato da Gibas il nostro matrimonio, la cresima di nostro figlio. La regia di Stefano su tutto fa la differenza, la cortesia e la professionalità del personale è sempre stata al Top. La cucina a noi piace molto, ogni volta che torniamo è una festa per il nostro palato. I piatti non sono troppo elaborati, ma neanche banali e sanno esaltare la freschezza del pesce. Il prezzo è giusto rispetto all'ottima qualità complessiva. Continuate così. Bravi tutti. Noi lo consigliamo sicuramente.

Este no es su restaurante habitual de mariscos a lo largo de la costa del Adriático. Y eso es decir mucho porque a lo largo del mar aquí se puede esperar comer muy bien. Gigas está definitivamente un corte por encima. Para el almuerzo los cuatro empezamos con un atún a la parrilla, un plato fuera de menú, que se hizo a la perfección. Seguí con la rocciola hecha con papas fritas de rapa y violeta. Ligeramente hecho en el horno era pura delicia, ingrávido, suave, incluso dulce. Al otro lado de la mesa mis familiares tenían el especial diario, un espagueti en tinta de calamar, que puede ponerte los pelos de punta e incluso estropearte el día. Esta pasta en tinta fue la mejor que he probado. A mi lado, una sopa de ceci con vongole y una reducción de canocchie. Era suave y sabroso. Tuvimos un muy buen verdicchio de la carta de vinos y terminamos con helado de pistacho y un sorbete de frutas. Comida, notas muy altas. Refinado y muy satisfactorio. ¿El espacio? Estás justo encima del mar. Hay asientos interiores y exteriores, un jardín con asientos en verano. He estado aquí antes por aperitivo. Una noche de verano sería encantadora. Servicio, atento, inteligente, experto. Mi esposa y yo estamos en la zona 2 - 3 semanas más. Sin duda volveremos a Gibas.
