It was an adventure to find it because I'm not a local but then it was a pleasant surprise both for the eyes, enchanting place and location and for the service, really trained and professional guys and then top food. Oh I forgot the price was right.

Beautiful evening, quiet without confusion. We ordered two appetizers and a raw fish followed by two San Pietro baked in the oven with vegetables. All very good and to finish the pistachio dessert and a chocolate cream. All accompanied by an excellent white wine from the Santi Giacomo e Filippo cellar. Fair account for the quality, fast and young service. We will definitely be back to enjoy the outside.

Everything is delicious and of high quality, the only flaw is the spaghettone with sea urchins: in order to maintain the true taste of the sea urchin it should not be cooked or creamed. However, we will happily return in another season.

Essendo nel periodo di Natale a Pesaro, abbiamo optato per questo ristorante per la cena della vigilia, sia perché gode di una splendida location, sia perché era possibile scegliere il menù. Abbiamo comunque scelto un menu degustazione non troppo ampio , basato ovviamente sul pesce. Valido servizio, forse un po' troppo lento per le portate finali , quando il locale era completamente pieno. Piatti ben fatti con accostamenti originali. Buona la cantina ed il prezzo.

Che dire, nei tre giorni passati a Pesaro, abbiamo mangiato al Gibas ben due volte, e questo penso la dica lunga sul nostro grado di soddisfazione di questo meraviglioso locale. Servizio perfetto con un giovane molto preparato e professionale, cucina strepitosa e location incantevole, con meravigliosa vista dall'alto del mare e del porto di Pesaro. Per finire aggiungo una lode alla carta dei vini e al prezzo assolutamente corretto per la qualità e per la quantità del cibo proposto, non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.
