We had a wonderful evening with a breathtaking view. The dishes were freshly prepared with care. We ate the fish dishes accompanied by a good wine (value for money = top). The staff was very kind and friendly. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning on our next vacation.

An unforgettable experience of refined flavors and impeccable hospitality We chose Gibas to celebrate our anniversary in April, and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most beautiful and memorable moments we've had as a couple in recent years. The restaurant is located in a splendid setting, immersed in the green hills of San Marino, with a panoramic view that gives a sense of peace upon arrival. The restaurant is refined, welcoming, with an intimate and elegant atmosphere that's never overbearing—the perfect balance between class and warmth. Although we hadn't booked, mentioning it was an anniversary, once we arrived we mentioned it to the staff, who with great sensitivity immediately found us a table "appropriate" for the occasion, private and charming, without any inconvenience or wait. A gesture we greatly appreciated. But what really struck us was the attention given to my wife, who was expecting: her every request was met with care, availability, and a genuine smile, without ever a hint of annoyance or hesitation. We felt understood and pampered, naturally and spontaneously, as rarely happens. The service was simply impeccable: professional, attentive, present but never intrusive. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and passionate, capable of explaining each dish and guiding you on a journey through refined flavors and excellent ingredients. The cuisine is extraordinary: each course is a concentration of technique, flavor, and emotion. Carefully selected ingredients, bold yet balanced combinations, presentations that are thoughtful yet never self-serving. A perfect balance between tradition and innovation, where each dish tells a story. We paired everything with expertly selected wines: the menu is extensive, with interesting and original labels. Thanks to the staff's suggestions, each glass enhanced the flavors of the dish it was paired with, creating a perfect harmony. In short: Gibas is much more than just a restaurant—it's a complete, authentic, and unforgettable experience. A place where you feel welcomed, listened to, and valued, whether for a special occasion or simply for the pleasure of treating yourself to something beautiful and delicious. We'll definitely be back, because places like this deserve to be experienced more than once.

Stefano has continued his father's tradition in this truly spectacular restaurant, originally located near the sea. It's one of Pesaro's top five restaurants, boasting a breathtaking location and an ultra-professional staff.

Este no es su restaurante habitual de mariscos a lo largo de la costa del Adriático. Y eso es decir mucho porque a lo largo del mar aquí se puede esperar comer muy bien. Gigas está definitivamente un corte por encima. Para el almuerzo los cuatro empezamos con un atún a la parrilla, un plato fuera de menú, que se hizo a la perfección. Seguí con la rocciola hecha con papas fritas de rapa y violeta. Ligeramente hecho en el horno era pura delicia, ingrávido, suave, incluso dulce. Al otro lado de la mesa mis familiares tenían el especial diario, un espagueti en tinta de calamar, que puede ponerte los pelos de punta e incluso estropearte el día. Esta pasta en tinta fue la mejor que he probado. A mi lado, una sopa de ceci con vongole y una reducción de canocchie. Era suave y sabroso. Tuvimos un muy buen verdicchio de la carta de vinos y terminamos con helado de pistacho y un sorbete de frutas. Comida, notas muy altas. Refinado y muy satisfactorio. ¿El espacio? Estás justo encima del mar. Hay asientos interiores y exteriores, un jardín con asientos en verano. He estado aquí antes por aperitivo. Una noche de verano sería encantadora. Servicio, atento, inteligente, experto. Mi esposa y yo estamos en la zona 2 - 3 semanas más. Sin duda volveremos a Gibas.
