Very delicious~ all locals Chinese fellows come to eat!!! Eat twice in a row But the portion is a bit big, order slowly, I ate too much on the first day.

I was at first worried when I called to book as they did not seem to understand English. I decided to walk in, and how glad was I. The meatball and pasta were great, the risotto outstanding, and the steak was beautiful (on the lean side but all Florentinas are). The waiter who served us spoke good English and he gave good recommendations. Nice restaurant!

While passing through Milan I discovered this restaurant. No faults… the quality of the dishes are of a very high level, the same goes for the service, I highly recommend

I came to this restaurant years ago and I wanted to try it again... The meat was good, but in my opinion a Florentine steak must have a nice fillet and not almost non-existent one. If I had wanted to eat a rib-eye I would have taken a rib-eye... instead I took a Florentine steak and ate a rib-eye... the fillet was tiny while the rib-eye was 6 times the size of the fillet... almost making me think it had been removed from the meat... I should have had a fillet and that's it I would have been much happier. initially I had chosen the Fiorentina Nebraska at 100 per kg but then when I saw the meat at the counter which had the non-existent fillet I took an Italian Fiorentina... but the result was the same. The meat was good, the fillet was very soft, too bad there were 4 pieces on a very large Florentine steak... bah

Serata con amici, ambiente un po' stile vecchia milano, comunque caratteristico nella sua semplicità. Il personale in sala è gentile. I piatti proposti rispecchiano lo stile del locale, come è giusto che sia. Insalata di carciofi, una bistecca per secondo, chiedendo appunto la carne non ci è stata proposta una pezzatura neppure ci è stato spiegato che l'avremmo potuta ricevere impiattata... qualità buona, prezzo non economico ma anche qui purtroppo allineato alla city. Carta dei vini ok e corretti i prezzi proposti. Alla fine il conto è stato decisamente superiore alle mie aspettative.

Per noi è stato un ritorno. Lo scorso anno tutto fu perfetto. Questa volta no e non ci spieghiamo il perché. La qualità della materia prima non si può discutere. Il servizio non è stato come lo scorso anno. Ricordavamo un signore prossimo alla pensione, molto simpatico. Lo staff a parte lui è rimasto uguale. Se i clienti ritornano, sono fidelizzati. Se è così non ci si attende tappeto rosso, ma un po’ di simpatia in più. E’ anche vero che la sala era piena. Ma noi abbiamo avuto la prima portata di antipasti dopo più di 40 minuti. Ed erano salumi e formaggi. Il prosciutto toscano era buonissimo ma alcune parti erano tagliate male, la parte di fianco va usata per cucinare, poi se tagliata spessa diventa un chewing-gum. Lo scorso anno ci innamorammo dei rognoni, questa volta erano molto secchi . Anche una bistecca era praticamente cruda. Ovviamente abbiamo mangiato tutto, e non abbiamo fatto storie, siamo colleghi che vanno in giro per degustazioni, se si ritorna un motivo c’è, soprattutto tra i migliaia di ristoranti provati e consigliati. 2 piatti di pasta, uno buono l’altro, quello ai funghi, cotto male e con che tipo di funghi porcini? La mancia non si chiede, se il cliente ne ha lasciata poca inizialmente era soltanto per sottolineare che magari qualcosa non è andato! Personalmente ho poi aggiunto 10€, non perché pensavo fosse meritata, ma soltanto perché sono stato messo in una posizione di imbarazzo. Dalla direzione attendiamo una replica, da quella dipenderà se ci sarà un arrivederci o un addio! Peccato perché il posto e la qualità ci sono. Noi quando siamo sotto stress, chiudiamo e ci riposiamo! Eravamo tutti ristoratori
