There were 5 of us for dinner. We had two types of appetizers to share, swordfish parmigiana and meatballs in sauce. The meatballs were good and the sauce was tasty. The parmigiana was good, but slightly tasteless, since it was without cheese, rightly so, if there was fish, ... unfortunately the swordfish was nothing more than a very thin slice placed on top of the slice of parmigiana. Result: non-existent flavor..
For the first course we had rice with asparagus, good. Black ravioli and shrimp were truly exquisite, excellent flavor, unfortunately only 5 in number..
Three of us had spaghetti with clams and bottarga. Unfortunately I have to say, a comment shared unanimously, that they were flavorless, they seemed diluted with a lot of water, in fact the clams were all emptied, probably from the abundant cooking, overcooked spaghetti and the bottarga, little, could not be tasted at all. P.s.: it seemed there was also an aftertaste like sage, or similar, in fact I discarded whole and strange green leaves...
We stopped here and ordered desserts etc: tiramisu, a lot of mascarpone, no biscuit, unsatisfactory flavour; good lemon sorbet; strawberries with ice cream ok; pineapple, abundant.
The baskets with mixed bread with croutons (oil and salt) and pieces of focaccia, all very good and tasty.
The service was excellent, the waiter was friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. At the end they offered us Sardinian sweets/biscuits with almonds and left us a frozen bottle of exceptional myrtle. The bill, 200 for everything (5 bottles of water as drinks and a coffee), perhaps a little on the edge, but average.
