Fiordifarina In Gallarate

I was at the Fiordifarina Bistrot in Gallarate and overall the experience was good, but with some negative notes. The place is located right in the center, so very convenient to reach, but parking is quite difficult to find, especially during rush hour. The environment is quite large and the staff proved friendly and helpful. The pizza is really good, with fresh ingredients and a good variety of options, which I really appreciated. However, two aspects made the experience less pleasant. First of all, the waiting times were very long: we waited almost an hour for pizzas, an excessive wait even considering how crowded the place was. Furthermore, the price is definitely too high. I understand the quality of the ingredients, but a pizza with fish for €18 is really excessive. In summary, excellent quality of pizza, but long waits and unjustifiable prices.

Very nice and quiet place, very friendly and professional staff. Rich menu and you can also find the dishes of the day. I got a pizza and it was great.

A worthy place for its food, service and ambiance. We came here together with our friends who had already been. Sure, on a Saturday the place is crowded, but like in many places. High quality food, both for the ingredients used and for the creation and presentation. Very kind staff. We will return to try other dishes.

Delicious pizza, super giant and delicious hamburger and the hamburger bread was excellent, it was different from all the hamburger sandwiches. The desserts are excellent, it's a pity that there are a lot of people on a Saturday and therefore there is confusion. We waited about 20 minutes before being seated even though we had booked. However they are quite quick in taking the order and also in delivering the dishes. We waited a little longer, about 20 minutes, for the coffee, maybe they had forgotten!!! 😂 The friendly and helpful staff. The prices are a little higher than the standard, but the excellent quality of the food is worth it. I recommend it. I didn't post photos because we were hungry, it was 10pm (we went with the 2nd shift) and we ate everything!!!

They idolize it as the best pizza ever tried... In my opinion a bit exaggerated! Not bad pizza, but definitely not the best I've ever eaten! Quality ingredients and good dough. We ordered a salernitana and a parmigiana. Waiting times certainly need to be improved a lot: for a pizza, waiting more than an hour seems too long to me. Ok, full house, but we almost had breakfast... Average prices.

Good pizza, with good ingredients and good combinations. In general, however, service and prices are not. Missing service, we waited quite a while for the pizzas - which is okay, being a Saturday evening and the place full - but one was missing, which they forgot. It arrived, after a request from us, when the others were already halfway done. Having requested the bitters, they forgot one, which they then added to the bill. When we were told that it hadn't been served and therefore asked to remove it from the bill, they removed it but while the others were paying, the waiter approached with a move that seemed like a nice gesture of apology, offering a drop of bitters. Much appreciated if it weren't for the fact that, after tasting it, they then put it back on our bill! For 5 euros of bitters, really little class! Given the service errors committed during the evening, at the very least they had to offer that tasting to that person or alternatively explicitly tell him that he had to pay for it. Prices are out of the norm, not even in Milan should I live at such a high price! Pizza around 16 euros and desserts around 8-10! For a pizza, a beer shared, a dessert shared we spent 68 euros for two, crazy for a pizza!

I really like. I always eat very well in a well-heated environment in winter and in any case always full of people. It's very pleasant. As soon as you enter the smell of the food is intoxicating. Handsome.

La mia recensione riguarda solo la pizzerie ma vengono serviti anche piatti vari di cucina. La pizza con canotto ha un evidente trattamento di lievitazione che la rende leggera, gli ingredienti di qualita' hanno una loro esplicita' tracciabilita. Ambiente spazioso, servizio diligente e curato dal titolare che si assicura siano soddisfatti.

Bistrot molto bello nel centro di Gallarate. Pizze scelte eccellenti. Dolci buonissimi. Ottime birre. Servizio all’altezza
