Fiordifarina In Gallarate

The place is very nice, however the prices do not reflect the food served. 3 stars for this reason Pizzas around 15 - 18 euros, but also inflated prices on some first courses, side dishes and desserts. As a chef I am aware that every restaurant has dishes with higher margins and others less, but the quality of the food served (if you decide to exceed a certain price) must then be justifiable. Too bad!

Very well-kept place near the center of Gallarate. Furnished with taste and imagination, very clean and tidy, even at rush hour. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, helpful and affable. Owners present but not intrusive, of exquisite kindness. Extensive menu for all tastes, wine list that includes many Italian and foreign regions. Interesting liqueur selection. The pizza is tasty, light, well-balanced in the choice of ingredients. Enticing but complete dessert menu. Thank you for the beautiful evening.

Fiordifarina is a true point of reference in Gallarate, not only for the pizza which is extraordinary, but also for the rest of the menu! Each dish is prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients, from appetizer to dessert. The pizza dough is light and fragrant, it remains very crunchy and soft at the same time. The place is welcoming, elegant and the staff is always available and attentive. Among the pizzas, a special mention for me goes to the "Piccante": a well-balanced diavola, the spicy salami gives the right boost, without overdoing it and I had buffalo mozzarella added which adds creaminess. Balanced to perfection, it is a pizza that is a pleasure and teases at the same time. To finish in style, the 4 Sicilian cannolini are delicious, one leads to another. If you want to live a high-level experience and you are in the Gallarate area, Fiordifarina is the right place. 5 full stars.

I agree with several reviews I've read. The pizza looks good, very light dough even for those who struggle to digest pizza. The ingredients were not up to par, the mozzarella was a little rubbery and the prices were very high. For a pizza it costs 18/20 euros. Fast and friendly staff. There needs to be more communication between dining room and kitchen staff because I asked for a well-cooked hamburger and it came rare (also 18 euros!)

I went back last night, May 1, 2025. I had a cacio e pepe, I didn't like it, and a salad!

Pizze buone, semplici ma con buon impasto, ma veramente troppo caro. A mezzogiorno non offre neppure menù a prezzo fisso calmierato. Non oso pensare a cena..... Non è un ambiente empatico

La mia recensione riguarda solo la pizzerie ma vengono serviti anche piatti vari di cucina. La pizza con canotto ha un evidente trattamento di lievitazione che la rende leggera, gli ingredienti di qualita' hanno una loro esplicita' tracciabilita. Ambiente spazioso, servizio diligente e curato dal titolare che si assicura siano soddisfatti.
