Erba Brusca Restaurant... is located in the Alzaia Naviglio Pavese area... 286... in the province of Milan, opens at 12:30... here you will find an informal, modern style environment that offers products harvested from their own garden... here you can eat in a large, very nice and well-kept internal room, and also outdoors, always with well-set tables. I remind you that reservations are required and upon reservation you can also find vegan dishes. And on Sundays you can find a nice fixed menu lunch with appetizers and second courses to share with friends, just like at your home. The thing that immediately strikes the eye here... is that we are in a corner of the countryside far away from the chaos of the city... believe me, it is worth trying.

Always a good restaurant, with a strong vegetable component on the menu: their best quality in the kitchen, in fact, is their ability to elevate vegetables to the main course, making them the star of the show.

A cozy and bright little place just outside Milan, offering a weekly menu that changes based on the produce from their garden (just a short distance away).
They offer tasting menus with different combinations of dishes. Whether you try the 4- or 5-course menu, you won't run the risk of feeling full or under- or over-filled.
The pairings are interesting, combining local products with elements of influence. The focus, even in the meat and fish dishes, is on vegetables and greens.
The flavors are balanced, never overpowering or unbalanced.
The service and dining room management were also perfect: we were a group of 16, and despite the different menu combinations, there were no delays or waits for service.
In a word: perfect.
