I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations. The menu, although ambitious, seems more like an exercise in style than a real culinary offering. The dishes, despite having potential, were not served with the expected care and professionalism. The waiting times between one dish and another were excessive, with intervals exceeding an hour. Furthermore, the service left a lot to be desired. The tables were too close together and created a somewhat noisy environment. The feeling was that of a restaurant that focuses on pretentiousness, but lacks a real commitment to customer care. In conclusion, the gastronomic professionalism of this restaurant appears immature, indeed abrupt. I don't recommend it to anyone looking for a fulfilling dining experience.

Il menù degustazione è ottimo, le materie prime di alta qualità e le inaspettate combinazioni hanno reso ogni piatto una sorpresa piacevolissima. Consigliato per un pranzo nel fine settimana, per godersi un po' di tranquillità fuori dal centro cittadino gustando piatti che non vi deluderanno.

Ottimo per pranzi o cene in coppie o con amici. Cibo delizioso, materia prima eccellente e piatti interessanti. Ottima pure l’offerta alla carta dei vini. Prezzo in linea. Unica pecca il servizio, davvero poco gentile e rassicurante nei confronti del cliente, davvero un peccato per una chicca del genere.
