Erba Brusca In Milano

I decided to come here because I could get there in one bus from the bus stop near my house! It's located on the outskirts of Milan, so it was nice and peaceful☺️ I wonder if the food is home-grown? The vegetables were really delicious✨

A very pleasant discovery! Along the Naviglio Pavese is Erba Brusca, a "hidden" gem. The restaurant offers a weekly fixed menu, to ensure that the raw materials are always fresh and seasonal. The menu includes 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert. You can choose different types of combinations of these dishes, but also off-menu à la carte. I was there at the beginning of July and I ate: - Tomato and watermelon gazpacho, fish sauce, basil oil: I loved it, a combination of flavors, very balanced, truly exquisite. Probably one of the best dishes of the evening. - Variation of Chioggia turnips, Stella Diceсса salted ricotta, caraway seeds and fennel: not bad, perhaps too much turnip, I would have preferred a more important salty touch from the salted ricotta. - Spaghetti 'nduja and peppers, black cabbage and walnut pesto, breadcrumbs, lemon: very good, for those who love strong and decisive flavors. An explosion on the palate. - Risotto with robiola, chamomile, honey, salted lemons and smoked paprika: delicate, sweet, with notes of chamomile and paprika that did not spoil but accompanied. Another balanced bolta ad hoc. - Panna cotta, melon granita, caramel: I did not like the melon granita very much, but it is a personal taste. I simply loved the rest, the panna cotta and caramel mix was spectacular. Offered by the house an appetizer consisting of a focaccia, ricotta and olive paté and finally, before the dessert, strawberries from their garden. In general, I loved everything. Even the bread was delicious, it is served with the service along with natural water. The dishes, contrary to what you might think, are abundant. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, you can book both in different verandas, internal room and garden. I can't wait to come back!

Great food, attentive and precise service. A very nice and cozy environment

Erbabrusca was truly a discovery. It is not the usual trattoria in the Navigli area, but is located a little further away, on the Naviglio Pavese. And this little “off course” in my opinion already gives it an extra point. The place has the soul of an old trattoria, with that slightly retro and authentic mix: inside there are still fans, the atmosphere is fresh and relaxed. But we chose to dine in the small garden at the back — and there, among plants, lights and rustic tables, the atmosphere changes completely: young, fun, with that Italian summer mood that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the evening. Yes, there were lots of mosquito coils. No, they weren't enough: the mosquitoes had a party. But despite this, we enjoyed a relaxed dinner, made of chatter, laughter and surprising dishes. We opted for the full menu, the tasting one: all the courses, no choice. And this is what made it an interesting experience: some dishes won us over, others perhaps left us more perplexed, but the overall journey was truly stimulating and well-curated, with attention to taste, seasonality and a certain creative spirit that does not seek to amaze by force, but that accompanies you lightly. A full, fun evening, different from the usual. And certainly a place to return to — perhaps with an extra splash of Autan.

Very nice place, particular cuisine not only almost unobtainable dishes like pigeon and mutton, but also revisited in a very particular way. Prices now exaggerated, 4 euros for the cover charge, 12 euros for a salad that also initially made us pay 18 euros, luckily I looked at the receipt again. For 2 main courses, two salads, two waters, two glasses of wine and a dessert 110 euros. I would say a bit too much. We are not at such high levels. It's a shame because if the price were lower I would gladly return. But unfortunately in my opinion the price is not worth the dinner.

We decide to have dinner here to escape the city and we find a nice surprise! The food is WONDERFUL! Good, cooked with love, refined in flavors.! There is a tasting menu and also off-menu. The price is very fair. I can't wait to go back. The only little needle in the haystack.... Being outdoors there are insects and mosquitoes. Equip yourself with autan!

For me it's the best. The tasting menu costs between 40-45€ 2 appetizers 1 first course 1 second course. And it was all delicious 🤤 really delicious. There's also a good selection of wine. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.

Buon ristorante lungo il naviglio. Interessante la proposta di poter scegliere le combinazioni (A, B, ...) due antipasti+ primo a scelta oppure due antipasti primo a scelta secondo a scelta. Il dessert è sempre compreso. Io ho scelto la combinazione A : due antipasti e un primo ( risotto). Buone tutte le portate. Buona carta dei vini. Personale gentile ma un po' distaccato. Nel complesso buono ma non da farci l'abbonamento. Complimenti a tutta la brigata
