It was recommended to us by locals. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner and chef are truly professional. If you're passing through Catenanuova, it's a must-stop. Excellent

We made an unexpected stop and ended up at this establishment. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was excellent and quick. The fish dishes were reasonably priced for their quality. We had a very good meal. In short, we highly recommend it.

On the road from Palermo to Catania, a pleasant surprise. I relied on the reviews and exited the highway just to eat there. The staff was very kind; we waited a little longer than usual, but nothing excessive. But I must say the wait was worth it. I had paccheri with calamari strips and pistachio cream... AWESOME! I would recommend a redesign of the place, but it would only be an extra! They were so kind that at the end of the meal they offered us some of their homemade pastries!!! Super! I would also recommend adding more vegetarian/vegan options.

We thought it was just a pastry shop and that would have been enough. Instead, it turned out to be an excellent restaurant, not expensive, and with extremely kind and fast staff, who understood that unfortunately we had to hurry because it was only supposed to be a quick stop.

11/08/2026: We had lunch, there is no menu, at the end comes the surprise... the bill 120 euros 2 appetizers, 4 pasta dishes, 2 half-liter beers 1 water, half a liter of wine.. I think it was exaggerated, even if I have to say the food was good, but at 30 euros per person I'm going to eat fish and sea!
09/08/2026: We had lunch on a Sunday. It's quite surprising to find a place of this quality in this small town. Home-style cooking; they barely even give you a menu. The appetizers are delicious (zucchini blossom fritters, spinach patties, peppers with cheese and bacon, etc.) made with excellent ingredients. There was a choice of two primi and two secondi that day. I had the pork in tomato sauce, which was very good. The pasta with meat sauce was also very good. A nice touch at the end of the meal: the owner offered us shots of homemade orange liqueur and homemade bay leaf and lemongrass liqueur. Superb: very good service. The dining room isn't much to look at. The TV was on in the background, but the tablecloths and service were impeccable. A very well-run, family-run establishment.
