A treasure trove!! Lovingly decorated and very attentive service. Everyone is so helpful and the food is so wonderfully prepared and delicious! A lovely mix of young and older guests, everyone feels comfortable and there's a lively buzz of conversation and laughter in the air. I'll be back!! 🧢⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were graciously accepted close to closing time at 3pm on a Monday. We shared Mixed Fritta Mista, Mussels, Salad and Seafood Pasta and it was all very well prepared and delicious. Ambiance was warm and inviting and patrons nearly all Italian, which is always a good sign to see all locals.

We had a truly amazing gastronomic experience! We started with an octopus salad 🐙 and caponata, then spaghetti al vongole, and finally a dish of swordfish, calamari, and grilled octopus. It was all exceptional! I would go back a thousand times!!

the best. we were in mondello for less than 48 hours & ate there twice (and could cry from joy afterwards). everything was perfect. sicily overall was an absolutely fantastic gastronomical adventure - but piero's was the best.
breakdown of some of the food ratings:
octopus salad: 30/10
pasta margherita: 10/10
carbonara: 9/10
pasta with mussels: amazing/10
fried squids and shrimps: 10/10 (but small portion)
pasta alla norma: 8.5/10
i would recommend trying different seafood dishes. BUT - there’s much more to this restaurant than just the food - can't say any bad word about staff, waiting time or anything else. and atmosphere ✨✨✨

Simply fantastic! At Trattoria da Piero, the welcome was warm from the moment we arrived; you truly felt at home. The seafood is excellent: fresh, perfectly cooked, and carefully presented. Every dish was a true delight!
A special thanks also to the waiters, all incredibly kind and attentive to every detail.
A place definitely worth a try, and one we'll definitely be returning to! 👏🐟🍷
