We came here last summer just spontaneously and woow we were so lucky we got a table next to the cook. All we had was really really delicious. I wish he was my father so i can have his food at home. I can really highly recommend this place. Service on the other side was not so great if you only speak English.

Eating in this place in the square in Mondello is unparalleled both for the kindness and friendliness of the staff and for the always fresh fish dishes.
Few dishes but all well executed... forget about the presentation and the various frills here, it's about eating well, from the starters to the first and second courses, everything is always delicious, seasoned and plentiful.
Always worth coming back...in any season.

We ate delicious typical dishes, made with the highest quality and freshest ingredients.
Exquisite bruschetta with anchovies, octopus and potatoes (perfectly cooked), very fresh mussels with fresh cherry tomatoes, exceptional caponata, excellent mixed fried fish and upon our request for pasta with sardines, it was cooked before our eyes.
The wine is also very good.
Fabio, who served us, very kind, professional and thoughtful.
At the end of the meal we were brought the house limoncello. Exquisite!
Cozy, clean and "picturesque" restaurant
Thanks Piero (and Fabio), we hope to return soon to have lunch there.

Lovely Sunday afternoon meal in Mondello. Restaurant had a great vibe, and the food was good. If there is a table open, take it.

Questo bel localino si trova nella piazzetta di Mondello. All'interno è molto caratteristico con colori e arredi tipici siciliani. Noi eravamo in 5 e abbiamo mangiato cozze nel tegamino sia con il pomodoro che senza, un pò di frittura, ostriche, insalata di polpo, linguine alle vongole. Abbiamo bevuto un buon vino dell'Etna. Il pesce tutto buonissimo, bella atmosfera verace e vivace. Consigliato!

Famosa per il suo polpo, abbiamo approfittato per provarlo ottimo! Il tavolo accanto al nostro aveva preso spaghetto alle vongole e il profumo inebriante è arrivato fino a noi. Ci ritorneremmo . Locale e caratteristico e particolare con il bancone a vista dove preparano alcune pietanze
