We stopped for lunch during a stop on the VIA VANDELLI! Delicious homemade pasta with excellent ragù!

I couldn't evaluate the rooms because I didn't stay overnight, but the restaurant is really excellent!

We were in this restaurant in mid-August, despite the city holiday, they found us a table on the balcony. I really liked the deep-fried mushrooms and risotto. Spent 62€ for two

Vespa tour in Garfagnana based in Castelnuovo Da Carlino. We had a great time, very kind staff and excellent cuisine.

70s atmosphere Traditional cuisine. Abundant, fair price, a little confusing but they make up for it. It's nice to find these places where time never seems to pass. Around you you have the most beautiful valley in the world and you breathe in its soul with its flavours. The elderly but impeccable waiter with his white shirt addresses you as a "lei" and here no one flaunts false glories but congruous quality. With €27 excluding drinks, I woke up satisfied, I was alone, and with a smile on my face. Cold cuts, fried pasta, tordelli, rosticciane (a bit of confusion here), coffee side dish....and the Garfagnana around. After being there five more times I have to worsen my opinion on the bill (service) I took the tourist menu which includes a first course, second course, wine, water for €20 as advertised clearly visible on the outside I also ordered 4 biscuits with fortified wine and the bill came to €32 With a €4 service charge which should be included in the menu An incomprehensible account. (I attach the receipt) I didn't understand anything about it In one year I went from €23 to €32 since I always eat the same stuff. I didn't want to make any complaints because they were dealing with two tables of Chinese and I'm hoping for a mistake otherwise I'll change the place

Excellent Tuscan cuisine in a traditional restaurant, as well as a cult place for rally enthusiasts because the owner is a famous Italian champion. A pleasure to have been able to eat in this place. See you soon

Courteous owner, service and quality

Central and convenient location. Great service and clean rooms. Floor shower very uncomfortable and not very functional. Poor assorted breakfast.

I spent Easter at Carlino... really good food, beautiful place. Very friendly and honest prices. Also great quality. I recommend it!
