I dined at this restaurant with my husband for our anniversary. We chose a nine-course tasting menu. Every dish was carefully crafted, but what really impressed us were the appetizers: simply sublime.

Our expectations were high; there was talk of a Michelin star! The reservation went smoothly, and the welcome was haughty and warm. The interior was beautiful, the chairs comfortable, and the table was excellent. When we indicated our choice (the €90 menu), I asked for two glasses of crémant as an aperitif and the wine pairing options. The first was difficult, the second seemed impossible. Then the sommelier (owner?) came to the table to promise us he would do his best – and he did, in perfect form. Not just the requested bubbly beforehand, but excellent quality and surprising glasses to accompany beautiful and refreshingly refined dishes. Unfortunately, this gentleman's enthusiasm only made the unsavory businesslike attitude of his colleagues more apparent. The staff was in a hurry, held us back for six courses, and each one stood staring at our plates, almost empty, before taking them out and serving them. It's striking that new cutlery is placed in front of me without a second thought, we're asked about our experiences in dribs and drabs, and after the friandises are presented, there's no one to be seen for a coffee or digestive. When we decide to express our displeasure, we're offered coffee and grappa on the house. My impression: this staff could contribute much more positively to the experience if they weren't so focused on assuming star airs. Please follow the example of my colleague with the wines, and the rest will follow... We left with mixed feelings and a bitter aftertaste—not the coffee.

Toti and his team created an atmosphere of warmth and elegance – each course was a work of art, and the wine tasting perfectly complemented the evening. We felt special – like we were in a movie, in the heart of Sicilian heaven. Thank you for your professionalism, smiles, and hospitality, which we will never forget.

A hidden gem in the inner streets of Cefalu. Everything from the food, to the service and the atmosphere was Michelin-star level! We had a great evening, and would highly recommend.

Everything about my lunch at this restaurant was perfect. The food was incredible and the ingredients so fresh. I had an antipasti, a pasta and a desert and all were equally show stopping. A must if you are in the region.
