After parking the car, you cross a small road just a few meters wide and you enter the world of dreams!!!! It starts with the receptionists and the Director Tony who welcome you like one of the family....then, as soon as you enter, this exclusive cove of fresh and crystalline sea, excellently cared for by Onofrio, appears before your eyes. And then comes the best part, namely the beach services which, without exaggeration, are 7-star luxury...never found the same level traveling around the world. The person in charge of this luxury is MAESTRO ROBERT...the man who makes your dreams come true. Every request is fulfilled...attention to the smallest details...practically zero waiting times...advice on beverages and food from STANDING OVATION...always attentive to your needs...at times disarming as it is impeccable...he reads your mind...anticipates what you are about to say (and I'm not joking!!!)...try to imagine the best...reality surpasses him!!!!
How can I not mention Mimmo DI BELLO, a great professional and exceptional person, apparently “tough” but with an uncommon availability, in addition to being the beating heart of the structure I have appreciated over time his human qualities that however do not prevent me from being impartial in the superlative judgment towards him and then the SUPER Davide, Leo and Marco who delight and inebriate you with their customizable cocktails and their sympathy ... and then, again, the cuisine. Absolutely fabulous .... very fresh and excellently cooked products but also extraordinary to eat raw like the fabulous carpaccio, sushi and seafood. Special mention also for Giacinto, eccentric Director of the room and the sommelier Anna ... and all, I repeat all, the guys of the kitchen brigade led by a great Chef and the guys of the room and beach service !!!!!

It's wonderful, the service is a 10, the location is beautiful, with bathrooms like a 5-star hotel, hot showers on the beach, and the food is excellent. It's highly recommended. It's worth spending a day here.

One of the best beach clubs in Puglia. Very good service and reasonable prices. For a full experience make sure to book yourself a gazebo. Super easy to communicate with staff on WhatsApp!

My review only concerns the restaurant, and not the beach.
We visited on a Friday evening in June; a party of 19, celebrating my birthday. We were welcomed by a large terrace overlooking the sea, with tables mostly empty, and by a gentle warm breeze.
We ordered a selection of appetizers, including the raw fish plateau. Surprisingly, the plateau included the adult specimen of an octopus, and a large squid; both raw.
As we were unable to cut them, we asked our waiter to slice the octopus. He obliged, took the octopus away, and came back within a few minutes with the sliced octopus.
Despite this help from the kitchen, the octopus turned out to be quite hard to chew, and swallow. And the squid, after a timid and futile attempt to eat it from the part of two of my friends, ended up mostly untouched.
As I shared my disappointment with the Maître D’, he started patiently lecturing me about the local culinary traditions, and how the raw octopus makes up a cornerstone of the Pugliese cuisine.
Too bad that, in my 16 years of visiting Puglia, I had never been served a raw octopus older than a week or two (baby octopuses can and are indeed served raw, although rarely as they are tasteless).
My guests were embarrassed, and tried to eat everything in order to please me; but later admitted that it had been an awkward experience.
Some of us ordered a first or second course and, truth be told, they weren’t bad.
I ended up eating only a homemade ice cream, which turned out to be delicious.
Given the pretty high average rating of this place, I can’t but assume that our experience was just a slippage in good faith; however, make sure to ask what you’ll be served when you’ll order your food, in order to avoid any confusion and possible disappointment.

Il 10 aprile ho avuto il piacere di pranzare al Coccaro Beach in compagnia di due amici, nell’ambito di un incontro di lavoro. Avevo contattato il ristorante telefonicamente per avvisare del nostro arrivo alle 14:30: già dalla telefonata iniziale si è distinta la consueta cortesia e disponibilità.
Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità, in particolare dal Direttore Tony e dal Maître Jack, veri professionisti dell’ospitalità: discreti, attenti, cordiali, hanno saputo accompagnare il pranzo con uno stile impeccabile.
Abbiamo aperto il pranzo con un eccellente sauté di frutti di mare, servito in coccio, con cozze, vongole veraci e cannolicchi: materia prima freschissima, cottura perfetta e sapore intenso, valorizzato da un brodetto aromatico che invitava alla scarpetta (a cui non ho rinunciato) con il pane bruscato, servito nello stesso coccio.
A seguire, una linguina all’aragosta, la polpa del crostaceo era completamente decorticata e amalgamata al sugo, a base di pomodorini freschi, basilico e fondo di crostacei. Un piatto eseguito alla perfezione, che ha colpito per equilibrio, gusto e presentazione.
In accompagnamento, un calice di Calafuria Rosé (Tormaresca – Antinori), un Negroamaro in purezza dal profilo fresco e fruttato, con sentori di ciliegia e una leggera nota marina, ideale per accompagnare la cucina di pesce.
Location elegante e rilassata, servizio impeccabile, cucina di alto livello. Il posto perfetto anche per un incontro di lavoro dove non si vuole rinunciare al piacere della buona tavola.
Voto: 10/10. Una garanzia.
