Passando per Pesaro ho voluto provare la famosa pizza pesarese con maionese e uova. Devo dire che non è male ma è anche un po pesante. Il locale si trova al centro di Pesaro ed è molto carino. Non ho mai visto un menù con così tanti gusti di pizza. Assolutamente da visitare

Starting from the menu which has a vast choice, I also appreciated the story told within.
The place is a unique eclectic place, full of history and objects of all kinds, I really liked this style.
Their Rossini pizza is really good and the staff was friendly and nice.

Do not trust the video and photos.
The pizzes are more than average with a rather thin and brittle dough. Really very disappointed even if the ingredients weren't bad. I don't know where all the reviews with incredible superlatives come from (!!) but not sure if they're from consumers. That said, the draft beer is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

Simply devastating pizza!
We came to this iconic place to taste the true queen of Pesaro, Rossini pizza
I tried the tsunami. With gorgonzola spicy salami and Rossini dressing with mayonnaise and hard-boiled eggs.
Well what can I say, simply one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life.

Un ottimo pranzo seduti nel dehor.
Bravissimo il cameriere che ci ha consigliato il primo del giorno, garganelli ,pomodorini , pesto di melanzane, ricotta salata molto buono. Spettacolari gli Spaghetti alla Carbonara con uovo, Formaggio, Totani e Gamberetti.
Porzione abbondante e deliziosa il fritto Marchigiano.
Torneremo per provare la Pizza.
