Casa Sgarra, Trani: A culinary experience. Yesterday, my wife and I had the pleasure of having lunch at Casa Sgarra with a friend and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. The restaurant, located on the seafront of Trani, in a slightly secluded position from the port area, offers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for special occasions. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous, making us feel at ease straight away. Each dish was a true work of art, prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We particularly appreciated the appetizers and first courses (scampi tube with black chickpea cream and potato cloud) rich in flavor and creativity, without forgetting the main courses (lobster in cooking oil), the desserts, a perfect combination of tradition and innovation ( dismissed). All seasoned with a series of very welcome "cuddles". Also worth mentioning is a special seasonal menu based on Alba truffles which we did not use but we pleasantly smelled them. The wine list is extensive and well curated, with an excellent selection of national and international labels with a truly impressive number of "bubbles". In conclusion, Casa Sgarra is a restaurant that I highly recommend to all lovers of good food. A place where the passion and skill of the chef, combined with the warm welcome, make this place a small jewel of Apulian gastronomy.

A 360° experience, from the moment you cross the threshold of the door the Sgarra family welcomes you with all the warmth possible, courtesy, attention to every little detail ensure that this starred hotel is not easily forgotten. Warm and welcoming location with turquoise walls which I found very relaxing and enveloping, superlative dishes, I don't have the ability to describe them properly so I invite you to try it for yourself. It's a bit pointless to talk about costs, but just know that they are calibrated to the experience and quality given. Congratulations, I'll be back.

Having lunch at this place is simply amazing. The quality of the food is indescribable, as is the environment...perfect! We were literally PAMPERED from the moment we arrived until we left. Impeccable and extremely professional service. Zero wait. It's almost difficult to find the words to write a review that gives an idea of ​​how well we ate, but above all how good we had. StraTOP!!! We were there yesterday for lunch with my wife, the 136 km best spent on going out to eat... A multisensory experience, first and foremost the food, the beautiful location, the colors chosen for the environment and even the dishes, not least the background music. The staff deserves 11 out of 10, kind, attentive and extremely helpful. Talking about food would deserve a long chapter, imaginative inspiration and impeccable combinations of flavors and colors... An experience to do again and again to enjoy the wide choice of courses and flavours. Wines almost a chapter apart, excellent choice and perfect combinations.
