A truly excellent experience at Casa Sgarra. We had a wonderful dinner, accompanied by impeccable service: attentive, professional, and always present, yet never intrusive. We chose the à la carte menu, and every dish was a pleasant surprise. The seafood salad was simply delicious, fresh, balanced, and presented with great care; the first and second courses were also excellent, all featuring quality ingredients, original pairings, and remarkable attention to detail. The dinner concluded magnificently with the spectacular Piedmontese cheese trolley, full of unique selections and perfectly explained by the staff. To drink, we were recommended an extraordinary Ulysse Collin "Les Maillons" Champagne, which paired beautifully with the meal. A truly special evening, featuring refined cuisine, beautiful presentation, and great hospitality. Casa Sgarra is a restaurant definitely worth a visit, and we will gladly return.

We chose the 7-course tasting menu and were won over by the quality of the dishes, the chef's creativity, and the use of excellent local products, showcased in a gourmet setting with great balance. The entire staff demonstrated a rare kindness and professionalism: always smiling, attentive, and available, they accompanied us throughout the dinner with valuable menu suggestions and made us feel pampered from start to finish. Making this experience even more special was the beautiful final gesture: a small bottle of Apulian olive oil as a gift that will accompany our lunches and will bring back memories of this wonderful day. I had the pleasure of dining at Casa Sgarra, and I have to say it was nothing short of sensational. The setting is extremely refined and elegant, but the surprising thing is that it never makes you feel wrong or out of place. The welcome is warm and they pamper you from start to finish, starting with the delicious welcome amuse-bouche. You can taste the passion and precision with which the dishes are prepared in every flavor. You taste each dish and it's natural to say, "Wow, what a blast!" For example: I'm not particularly fond of fish, yet the calamari as an appetizer was spectacular. The suckling pig was also wonderful, cooked and treated to perfection. My partner chose amberjack (for his main course) and was more than thrilled! The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the high quality of the cuisine. It's an experience I highly recommend and a place I would definitely return to with great pleasure.
