Passing through Montesilvano, we were intrigued by the name of this place. Inside, we found a welcoming atmosphere and, above all, very kind and professional staff. A wide selection of pizzas and delicacies made with skill and attention to the finest ingredients. Excellent selection of beers. We will definitely be back.

Here in Montesilvano, we're not up to par with the staff. In Chieti, they're better trained. The food, however, is always excellent.

At Carpe Diem you eat quality pizzas because they use special ingredients and raw materials that make the pizzas perfect!!!

Every now and then, I go / we go to this pizzeria, I can tell you, that the pizzas are fantastic, and not just the pizzas, beautiful clean and tidy place, professional, very friendly staff. Highly recommended, congratulations 👏👍

Excellent pizza, we called last Saturday and they put us in, the pizzas are really excellent and not the usual ones, the young and friendly service is worth it.

Everything was excellent... the price was debatable... a portion of fries... a five-cheese platter and a bottle of rosé... €48.50... I should point out that I was with my wife, who didn't eat... she just accompanied me and I was charged a cover charge... otherwise, the staff were professional and very polite... but €50 for a pizza and a bottle of house rosé...

24/10/2025: A very warm welcome with a clear desire to share their cuisine. Squash flan and mini cabbage stew to start, then an assortment of meats and desserts, all very tasty, including a revisited Tiramisu to discover.
19/10/2025: Specializing in meat cooking, from arrosticini to premium cuts. I really liked the research that goes into every dish and ingredient, all selected according to a very specific criterion: customer satisfaction. Fillet arrosticini, usually hard to find in a restaurant, are available here. The Godot appetizer was thrilling, two courses that vary according to the seasonality of the products, but which are a sublime explosion of flavors. One of these was the pumpkin tart on a cheese fondue and balsamic reduction, with a crunchy note provided by the puffed Venere rice, a flavor explosion. The wine cellar was also interesting, well-stocked for interesting pairings with the dishes. The meat was also exceptional and cooked to perfection. A very positive experience.
