We've visited over twenty Michelin-starred restaurants around the world; Le Cantine deserves a star. Every detail is taken care of, the authenticity of the local products is respected, but the flavor combinations are refined, interesting, and perfectly executed. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming yet elegant.

We had a little trouble finding the restaurant because there aren't many outward signs of its presence in the basement of this large building. The restaurant is decorated with dry stone walls, with a large open kitchen at the back, which creates a unique atmosphere. We had the "meat" menu, which was original and very good. Dessert can be chosen from the menu. The service is excellent, and this restaurant is sure to impress. A wonderful culinary experience at a reasonable price.

The open kitchen is particularly pleasant, while the service provided by the young staff proved highly professional. As for the wine pairings, owner Nadia recommended quality Italian labels. The experience takes place inside a 17th-century stone building, with balanced lighting. Overall, an excellent gastronomic experience. Thank you, we'll be back.

We enter and find a very pleasant atmosphere. The menu arrives, and we opted for the Grilled Meat menu. Exceptional and original dishes, with excellent descriptions by the staff. Mr. Sergio and Mrs. Nadia are very polite and truly professional. Of course, the cuisine is excellent... The Carbonara... my goodness... The bill is very fair. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make a good impression.

The restaurant and food were wonderful; I couldn't have asked for anything better. Excellent wine list and very honest weighing of the meat. If we were looking for a needle in a haystack, I would have preferred a smaller table for two. Recommended to everyone I know!

Innanzi tutto ora si chiama LE CANTINE. ha cambiato menù rispetto alla precedente gestione. Carne top, menù eccellente, posto meraviglioso, cantina fornitissima, prezzi assolutamente adeguati al posto e al tipo di cucina ( a vista).....da ritornarci presto

Vecchia casa cantoniera rimessa a nuovo come ristorante di altissimo livello. Ce lo ha consigliato una signora che frequenta Sestri da tantissimi anni altrimenti non lo avremmo mai scovato, e che bella sorpresa! posto WOW, cibo WOW, personale WOW, tutto WOW! Torneremo di certo quest'estate!
