I discovered this restaurant by chance during a visit to Spoleto, and it turned out to be a real surprise!
The service is excellent: the owner is extremely welcoming and immediately conveys her passion for her work.
The location is charming and well-kept, both inside and out, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere.
The food is good, with absolutely average prices.
The appetizers and first courses are highly recommended: the handmade pasta is a real treat!
The tagliatelle with wild boar sauce in particular are a must-try; flavorful and perfectly balanced.
I'll definitely be back!

Cantina de Corvi is a cosy and nice restaurant in a quiet area of Spoleto historical centre and offers also a very picturesque outdoor area.
The food offer is varied enough with some interesting and unusual combination of traditional local dishes with a twist of novelty.
The service is warm and kind even though the waiting time can be a bit long.

We had dinner one evening in this place welcomed by the friendly and spontaneous owner, who was able to immediately create an understanding to put us at ease. Truly tasty traditional dishes. Attentive and thoughtful service. Everything at the top in this particular location, so much so that the next day we returned sure of eating well again. I highly recommend

Excellent experience in a truly special restaurant. Fabio and Francesca know how to welcome customers with warmth and professionalism. The stone environment is visually striking, elegant but at the same time welcoming. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, well-kept and intimate: ideal for a relaxing dinner...
The cuisine was surprising: the duck à l'orange was cooked to perfection, with balanced and refined flavors. The lamb stew, very tender and tasty, melted in the mouth. The first courses were also of the highest level, rich in flavor and made with quality raw materials.
A place where we will definitely return. Highly recommended for those looking for a combination of atmosphere, courtesy and excellent cuisine.

Il primo punto è che la proprietaria ci ha trovato un tavolo per sabato sera anche se ho telefonato alle 19 per le 21.30 cioè per il secondo turno ed è stata una grande gentilezza. Il cibo è buono senza particolari eccellenze con porzioni generose. Il servizio è preciso , ma, può ancora migliorare. I piatti della tradizione sono quelli che consiglierei tranquillamente. Atmosfera tranquilla.

Tradizione cultura e conoscenza culinaria caratterizza la cucina di questo ristorante. Un primo con la pasta ai tartufi poi tagliata al tartufo. Direi ottimo abbinamento presentato molto bene ed in quantità che ti permette di alzarti senza la fame. Pure gli ossi buchi erano ottimi mi dice mio padre che era al mio tavolo. Una bottiglia di vino locale. E dunque complimenti allo chef , brave le ragazze che servono ma super simpatica , sveglia e professionale la signora che riceve quando arrivi, decide i tavoli e se arrivi anche all’ultimo minuto a prenotare ti trova la soluzione. Prezzo nella media.
