A top-notch location, it's like a dream. The small outdoor courtyard is the prelude to a wonderful evening filled with local delicacies, a lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff.
You can tell the owner really cares.

We were greeted warmly and kindly by the owner, even though it was a bit late for the kitchen. It was an excellent dinner with friends, everything delicious: the pappa al pomodoro, the pappardelle, the tagliata, the tripe, the desserts, but the potatoes in a crust with fondue and truffle were out of this world!
Highly recommended, not to be missed if you want to eat well in Spoleto!!!

From Bologna, we rushed to Spoleto to find some typical cuisine: we found it here! It's a shame we only stayed in Spoleto for one day. We'd definitely return!

A typical family-run trattoria, though the real host is Francesca ☺️. Welcoming and frank, she passionately guides customers through their choices, even when they're truly spoiled. The kitchen is expertly managed by her husband, and the dining room is no exception.
Special mention goes to the truffle-crusted potatoes and the wild boar pappardelle. The Crescionda also stood out from others I've tried in the area 😉
Prices are perhaps slightly above average, but justified by the quality.

We sit at outside, under trees.
Magnificent.
The food was very good. Hospitality was 5 stars.
We were the group of 6 and everybody was happy with their foods.
My favorite was Spoleto-specified dessert, marzipan included.

Attentive and courteous table service, a pleasant atmosphere, and truly excellent food. I recommend the tagliatelle with wild boar, juniper, and Montefalco red wine, and the sliced beef with aromatic butter and truffle, two truly excellent dishes.
