We came to this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of our hotel, without a reservation. The owner welcomed us warmly and explained the food in detail while taking our orders. Excellent food in a quaint setting, a truly beautiful wine cellar. A must-try if you're in Spoleto. Well done, Francesca, keep up the good work, with your lively charm and kindness.
We'll definitely come back to visit you if we ever return to Spoleto.

We went for dinner and were very surprised and satisfied. The first courses (about 120g of pasta) were generous and truly excellent. We ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar and the pasta with broad beans, guanciale, and pecorino. Both the appetizers and the cheeses were excellent (especially the cheeses, in my opinion), and the tripe was very delicate yet flavorful. The house wine was excellent, and the staff made you feel right at home. The price was fair for the quantity and quality. We'll definitely be back.

We decided at the last minute to stop in Spoleto for the evening and eat something traditional; we relied on Google and its reviews, and... we couldn't have made a better choice!
A very charming and quaint location, a delightful welcome, and a passion for their business and for explaining the dishes to help us choose.
There were six of us, and we ordered different dishes to try a little bit of everything: it's very difficult to rank them all; everything was excellent and made with quality ingredients.
The desserts were also fantastic.

In posizione comoda per accedere alle scale mobili, vicino al teatro, abbiamo mangiato bene e con la compagnia del servizio sorridente della proprietaria. Il conto, forse, più alto di qualche euro rispetto al previsto, ma complessivamente esperienza positiva, da rifare quando torneremo in visita a Spoleto.
