We found this place by chance, and it was a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be back.

We came to this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of our hotel, without a reservation. The owner welcomed us warmly and explained the food in detail while taking our orders. Excellent food in a quaint setting, a truly beautiful wine cellar. A must-try if you're in Spoleto. Well done, Francesca, keep up the good work, with your lively charm and kindness. We'll definitely come back to visit you if we ever return to Spoleto.

Kudos to the chef for his skill and especially to the owner, a true host whose passion transported us to the Umbrian atmosphere. If you're passing through Spoleto, this is a must-see!

We went for dinner and were very surprised and satisfied. The first courses (about 120g of pasta) were generous and truly excellent. We ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar and the pasta with broad beans, guanciale, and pecorino. Both the appetizers and the cheeses were excellent (especially the cheeses, in my opinion), and the tripe was very delicate yet flavorful. The house wine was excellent, and the staff made you feel right at home. The price was fair for the quantity and quality. We'll definitely be back.

We decided at the last minute to stop in Spoleto for the evening and eat something traditional; we relied on Google and its reviews, and... we couldn't have made a better choice! A very charming and quaint location, a delightful welcome, and a passion for their business and for explaining the dishes to help us choose. There were six of us, and we ordered different dishes to try a little bit of everything: it's very difficult to rank them all; everything was excellent and made with quality ingredients. The desserts were also fantastic. Congratulations!

Il primo punto è che la proprietaria ci ha trovato un tavolo per sabato sera anche se ho telefonato alle 19 per le 21.30 cioè per il secondo turno ed è stata una grande gentilezza. Il cibo è buono senza particolari eccellenze con porzioni generose. Il servizio è preciso , ma, può ancora migliorare. I piatti della tradizione sono quelli che consiglierei tranquillamente. Atmosfera tranquilla.

Che dire. Di tutto il nostro soggiorno umbro la mia ragazza ed io siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla serata che abbiamo trascorso in questo ristorante. Abbiamo cenato all'interno del locale in una saletta molto bella con un soffitto a volte, il che dà un tocco di classe in più alla location. La proprietaria è molto accogliente ed alla mano, ti tratta come una persona di famiglia e ci tiene moltissimo alla soddisfazione dei commensali. Abbiamo mangiato come antipasti una freschissima e saporita panzanella, un tortino al formaggio e tartufo che non ha bisogno di descrizioni (provatelo) . Quel giorno hanno inserito in menù un nuovo piatto che ho subito provato: il filetto di agnello in salsa di tartufo accompagnato con delle verdure gratinate. Buonissime e gustose queste ultime, la carne con relativa salsa è stato qualcosa di sublime: cottura al sangue perfetta e spinta della salsa con il giusto equilibrio di tartufo.
