A very welcoming place, with Francesca welcoming you with warmth and friendliness. The strangozzi with guanciale, artichokes, and cherry tomatoes are excellent. Don't leave without trying the Crescionda, a typical Spoleto dessert, and thanking Francesca. See you next time!

Truly fantastic experience! We had dinner last night and were very satisfied. The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail and a very pleasant atmosphere.
The food was excellent, dishes prepared with quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Every course was truly delicious.
A special thanks to the owner, Francesca, who was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to her customers. You can really see the passion she puts into her work.

If you're looking for the beating heart of Spoleto, Cantina de' Corvi is a must-see. Even though we live over 750 km away, crossing the threshold of this restaurant felt like coming home: a genuine welcome, a warm atmosphere, and flavors that speak directly to the soul.
