I Palmenti In Montelupo fiorentino

The Florentine steak was juicy and perfectly cooked, the tartare was delicious, and the roast potatoes were divine. If I really had to nitpick, the berry cheesecake lacked a bit of crunch on the base, but that's a subjective opinion. The staff was friendly, polite, and approachable. I highly recommend stopping by.

The restaurant of my youth! So many great memories...and I returned 29 years after it opened! What a sign from heaven! Excellent pizza made with high-quality flour! Superb panna cotta! I'll be back with my friends! Thank you.

Even though we ate outside (July 18, 2026), the large circular roof and umbrellas didn't allow for adequate ventilation, resulting in a scorching heat throughout the evening. The wait for our food was long, over an hour long...

After a celebration in San Donato in Livizzano, we had dinner at I Palmenti. Dinner for about 80 people was outdoors, under a huge octagon made of sturdy plastic. It was a lovely evening. We waited a bit before receiving our food. Some Bersaglieri soldiers who were waiting started playing and made the evening even more enjoyable. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the first courses, and the second course with a side of ice cream, water, wine, and bread. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a cool evening! Informal atmosphere, typical of the Tuscan countryside. The menu ranges from pizza to fish and meat dishes. I have to say, everything is very good. The only flaw is the service, which is a bit slow... Perhaps too many different dishes on the menu? Or maybe just a bad night. We'll try again 🤗

A wonderful experience. We had lunch in a lovely setting. The dishes were excellent and carefully prepared. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We didn't arrive until around 9:30 PM and were still able to have dinner. We asked for gluten-free food and they were very accommodating. Despite the slight language barrier, we received excellent service. Claudia was incredibly hospitable, and she even offered us a cup of coffee after we paid. Definitely recommended; it has a lovely atmosphere and is beautifully and authentically decorated! :))

"If in life you meet people who make you feel good, spend time with them." This phrase is on the menu at "I Palmenti," and tonight we spent time with them. We had two appetizers, one was the Palmenti seafood trio and the other was the vegetarian one. Generous portions and truly high-quality ingredients (a special mention goes to the smoked swordfish). We then moved on to the Livorno-style cod with a cherry tomato and olive sauce. The fish had firm flesh and excellent batter, and the sauce was very flavorful. Beyond the food, however, we'd like to highlight the courtesy of ALL the staff: attentive, meticulous, and always kind. The final courtesy of driving us to the center of Capraia, since we'd arrived on foot without a car, was completely unexpected (thanks to Mr. Massimo).
