Stayed at a near by all inclusive hotel. Without getting transport to closest tourist places, Cefalu or Palmero, there is nothing outside of the hotel complex. 2 weeks ago there was a Ferrari car tribute event so had a walk out along the road to watch AND stumbled on this GREAT LITTLE CAFE. Having already eaten, Just stopped for a coffee (and beer🫣😂). Looks to be run by a family, with a great selection of authentic food and drink. Also very reasonably priced. A good break from an all inclusive hotel, experiencing more culture. Very polite and welcoming. English isn't great so like a game of sharards but that was the authenticity we liked of true Sicily 😃. Overheard others who had a meal saying how nice the food was. Even if it's only a walk out of the hotel and a drnykike us, support this great independent

A gem in the middle of nowhere 🌞 the nicest Sicilian family and great homemade food!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We visited several times during our stay at a nearby all-inclusive hotel. We stumbled across this fabulous place on a walk and decided to pop in for an ice cream and drink. The welcome we got was genuine and delightful. The food being served looked delicious and authentic. The second time we visited for lunchtime drinks and the rain started to pour down just as we were about to leave. The owners didn't hesitate to insist we took their umbrellas to walk back to our hotel with. It was actually my birthday on this day and so it was an easy decision to return later for dinner. I couldn't have wished for a better birthday meal, home cooked antipasti platter and wonderful pasta with delicious red wine and a local dessert, followed by coffee then limoncello shots on the house! At this point they weren't aware it was my birthday. They make the whole experience special for each guest. This is a family run business and feels like you are stepping into their home. The food is made with passion and served with love.

A beautiful place, you can feel the love for their guests. The food is excellent, simple Italian, including pasta, fish, and meat. The prices are more than reasonable. Seating is outside, sheltered from the wind. If there are more than 10 people, it's best to call ahead to be on the safe side.

A small cafe serving typical Sicilian food. You can customize the dishes. A nice and friendly lady invited the chef to recommend dishes. We were also served by a young girl, probably the daughter of the owner – she was very friendly and always smiling. The place has plenty of tables outside, the food is good, and the cold drinks are affordable. We paid 40 euros for three courses and drinks. We will definitely be back. 👍 And a note: As I said, we came back twice as much, so it wasn't as pleasant as the first time. The waitress sells and charges whatever she wants. The water behind the counter in the cupboard costs 2 euros, and the woman charges 3 euros (this happened twice, so it's not a mistake). We paid 2.5 euros for ice cream on the spot, and my niece paid 5 euros for the same ice cream when she arrived 10 minutes later. This Italian lady charges whatever she wants, so please check the current price and what you will pay later at the register. As Italians do 👎, but not all of them, no offense to Italians, at least I had such a case 😕 in this place 👎

A simple beach front restaurant from a first look, but when you meet the owners they lift everything up. Food is full of taste, local made, everyone will like it! The owners are very friendly and warm people who will welcome you with a smile and good emotions thats what I liked here, the restaurant doesn't look very good itself but the food taste and owners mentality brings you a good aura, all the best for the owners and their house! I hope I will comeback! 😊

A perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, run by very friendly owners. Impeccable service and a varied, high-quality food. I highly recommend it.

An absolute gem of a cafe ,several inclusive hotels near bye but it's a great escape, a family run cafe,restaurant, very friendly food is lovely and big portions ,and half the price of nearby hotels,you are made very welcome it's a must if you are near bye loved it

A cozy corner, seasoned with a quiet, friendly atmosphere and simple, very kind people. I thank the lady again for the aloe vera that saved me from a wasp sting under my foot. Best regards 👋

The portions were way too large, but otherwise a great Sicilian evening. My goodness, the hosts are lovely! :)
