L’ambiente molto curato e rilassante cucina tipica con attenzione alla presentazione ma con ingredienti di ottima qualità una esperienza da consigliare e tornare per provare altri piatti in menù personale molto attento

I've been to a few restaurants in Courmayeur, I can say with certainty that this is the best! Very kind and always smiling waiters, food and wine of an insane quality.. I booked a month in advance to avoid the risk of missing out! Beyond expectations, highly recommended!!

5 stars at the Cadran Solaire Restaurant in Courmayeur! An unmissable place to enjoy exceptional dishes. I recommend the Valdostana, a delicious breaded meat filled with fontina and ham, and the simply crazy sweet Gelato Auberge. An experience not to be missed!

25/12/2024: We went here, first time rafting for everyone, except for one of us who did a long crossing only once years ago, quite a nice experience, We will do it again!!! , €50 each seems honest to me
09/09/2024: The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous, the location was beautiful. Grills available after the river ride. Highly recommended

30/01/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch with my partner in this restaurant and the experience was truly exceptional! The food is excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The impeccable service, with kind and welcoming staff, always attentive to customer needs without being intrusive. A strong point is certainly the owner, a nice and warm person, who contributes to creating a family and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a really pleasant lunch, which we will certainly repeat with pleasure. Highly recommended!
30/12/2024: The only place that really satisfied us in this short holiday near Aosta. Kind and friendly service and never affected, portions generous portions of decidedly above average food prepared by a good (and friendly!) Chef, honest prices and understanding towards children. If we return to these parts we will definitely eat here again. P.s. to new customers, let the juke box play!
