Beautiful restaurant with quite high prices and medium quality food. We literally paid 18€ for a dish of 2 raw carrots with mustard, wow. This place is just about the fancy of it.

Everything was excellent. The food was outstanding: I especially loved the savory tarte Tatin with Aosta blue cheese, the fondue, and the meringue dessert with milk foam — all perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is decorated in Alpine style, with different rooms but not clashing. The waiters are very sweet, and the food is delicious (I recommend the Valdostana steak and the exquisite bleu tatin with bleu ice cream: they've cleverly combined sweet and savory, and hot and cold, in a truly ingenious way). Highly recommended.

Wonderful place, great food, and generous portions. The place is welcoming and warm, it feels like home, and the service is excellent. If we could, we'd give it more stars. Highly recommended if you want traditional, tasty food.

Enjoyed 2 meals here while in town. As close to non-tourist food than I could find in the old part of town. Service was prompt and polite. Food was creative and tasty. Wine selection was great.

20/03/2026: What can I say, an institution! If you're coming here thinking "I don't know what to eat," you've come to the wrong place. For 50 years, Marina has only been making polenta concia with stew and Valdostan soup with mixed grill, and there's no better place in the entire valley to eat soup! No frills, no frills, just authentic Valdostan food and excellent food! A must-visit if you're in the Ayas Valley.
14/02/2026: Magical place, quality food, and super friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

05/03/2026: The best meal I’ve ever had. From the foie gras to the mushroom soup and the blue cheese gnocchi, every bite felt warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. The flavors were deep without being heavy, and each dish was clearly made with real care and attention to detail. You could taste the quality of the ingredients in every course. Meals like this are rare. The kind where you slow down, savor every bite, and leave already thinking about when you can come back. Truly exceptional.
