Beautiful restaurant that takes its name from a characteristic sundial painted on the facade of the building that houses it, in via Roma, in the center of Courmayeur, in the pedestrian area. The outdoor space is also beautiful, with plants and umbrellas that light up with fairy lights in the evening. Excellent service, attentive staff, quality ingredients, relaxing environment, traditional Aosta Valley recipes. Delicious fondue according to the family recipe, with morsels of polenta and boiled mountain potatoes. Prices in line with those of a good quality restaurant in a location like Courmayeur. Happy to have tried it.

Su consiglio di una cara amica abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario di matrimonio al Cadran Soleire. Mai consiglio si è rvelato piu azzeccato. Un locale di classe, un personale squisito e una cucina di livello.Prezzo in linea con cio' proposto. Grazie ancora per la vostra accoglienza

My husband and I had dinner in this wonderful restaurant. It had been recommended to us by a local. The menue has local dishes as well as a few italian clasics. We are vegetarian and even though meat lovers will find lot's to chose from, we were very happy with our eggplant dish.

My best meal and experience in Courmayeur! The staff is wonderful and the food and wines the best you can find in the village. A beautiful dinner I won’t forget. I will most definitely go back on my next visit. Grazie!

Very good food to say the least, very good waiters and a beautiful location. If you pass by or are in Courmayeur go there, it's absolutely worth it.
