11/05/2025: 2025.05.11 WE ARE FINALLY BACK HERE!!! We were even better, we called and luckily there was a table available (super full place), without problems we were pampered and served with a smile and in just 40 minutes from the welcome we ate a welcome appetizer with excellent fried taragna polenta and stracchino, then 2 first courses, 2 second courses, side dish, dessert and coffee. You can only say thank you and leave a hefty tip with compliments to ALL THE STAFF, REALLY GOOD👏✌👍🤙🏻🍾❤
2024.07.... Don't expect too much, it's an excellent trattoria in an industrial area, but Paolo explains the menu perfectly and welcomes you with a smile and a pinch of irony with respectful and knowledgeable service. The rest of the staff is also very quick and attentive, CONGRATULATIONS!!! The tagliatelle are SUPER and the cheek melted in the mouth (personally I would have preferred it garnished with a small amount of friggione rather than with the balsamic vinegar glaze, but the plates were all cleaned with a final shoe, a sign that the dishes were liked GREAT!!!) 10/05/2025: An oasis of authentic flavors and warm welcome
We have been for dinner several times, we were absolutely enchanted. From the moment we crossed the threshold, the atmosphere enveloped us in an embrace of warm hospitality, an intimate and pleasant environment, perfect for a relaxing evening.
The service was impeccable: the staff is attentive, smiling and incredibly knowledgeable in describing the dishes
But the real protagonist was the food. We started with an appetizer of crescentine and tigelle cured meats and cheeses. To follow, I opted for tagliatelle with meat sauce and potato shank, the meat of which was very tender and tasty. Sliced beef Each ingredient seemed carefully chosen for its freshness and quality. We were recommended an excellent red wine that enhanced the flavors of our dishes.
To end on a sweet note, we tasted the homemade cake, a real delight. The quality-price ratio seemed absolutely honest to us, considering the quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation and the overall experience.
