I highly recommend the truly high quality gluten-free dough, one of the best pizzas in Bergamo, top gluten-free desserts, you pay for quality so don't expect prices of a traditional pizzeria restaurant

Update
After 5 years I returned for dinner.
A NOLECITO pizza and a BUFALINA.
Both very good and above all VERY LIGHT!
To drink a glass of prosecco, a medium glass, a water.
2 coffees and two amazing desserts "APPLE PIE" and a CHEESCACKE, the latter so disappointing that I want to forget it...
Total of everything €65.00
I would go back but sporadically due to the really high price list.

When we come to Bergamo, Byron is a fixed stop, not only for the quality of the pizza itself, but above all for the attention to allergies and intolerances. Wide choice of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Nice and well-kept environment, there is a family atmosphere. Super recommended!

Gluten free place 🤩. The gluten and lactose free bread and pizza were delicious. The dessert is also gluten and lactose free. They have a very extensive gluten-free and lactose-free menu, which I greatly appreciate. It is a very well priced and very pleasant place. They also have a gluten- and lactose-free menu, and I was told everything was great.

Frequento questo Ristorante da diverso tempo ossia ogni qualvolta vado a trovare le mie nipoti che ahimè sono celiache. Pizze buonissime, con ottimi condimenti compreso gli hamburger. Dolci gustosi come da foto. Una conferma.

I must say that in Bergamo it is one of the pizzerias with the best vegan options, although there are not many (4 to be precise) I tried them all and found them excellent, in particular the Pilac and the Nocelito. I also really like the fact that you can choose the type of dough and that among these there are gluten-free options. The waiters are helpful and evidently well trained, the place is clean. However, I don't give 5 stars because I didn't like the presence of animals kept in small tubs and cages, in a place full of people and inevitably noisy.
