There's also a wide selection of desserts, from vegan to lactose-free and gluten-free. Excellent service, and it was a pleasure to meet "Luca," the ironic and super-friendly waiter, at our table. I'm a restaurateur in Genoa. I stumbled upon this place by chance, looking for a place to dine with gluten-free options, from pizza to much more. Everything here was absolutely excellent and well-made. I'd say the gluten-free pizza was the best I've ever had. Attentive service, friendly staff, generous portions. From appetizers to dessert, there were a variety of choices, all very enjoyable. A special mention for the gelato served with a variety of sweet treats on a beautiful tray. Very good, highly recommended. I'll be back.

When the plane lands, even early, from Morocco, what else could you do but go get a pizza? That December 21st was Byron's turn, and I have very fond memories of that dinner. Nothing special, we had a pizza and a Coke, but the pizza was truly delicious! Even my girlfriend's gluten-free pizza was good, something I think I've said very few times haha ​​(unfortunately...) The menu was huge, with an indescribable number of pizzas. It was actually difficult to come to a conclusion. The staff was also truly professional and kind, though the prices were perhaps a little higher than usual. A truly good place, I definitely recommend it.

After landing, we immediately started looking for a gluten-free restaurant and landed on Ristorante Pizzeria Byron – and it was a perfect choice! We booked a table online because it was Friday, the beginning of the weekend. Being cautious, and I have to say, it was a good idea, we made a reservation. The place is bustling, charming, colorful, full of the aromas of the dishes served – but in a positive way… and the service is fantastic, with a sense of humor, yet at the same time respectful and good manners. Despite being fully booked, the room was filled with multi-generational local families, which is a testament to that – the Italian hustle and bustle created an even more special atmosphere. Celiac-friendly service – cutlery replaced with a baggie, and a warm gluten-free roll as a welcome gift. The food was fantastic – from the pizza to the hamburgers. There's a large selection of wines. We went back again, and once again, everything was a 5. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The service man/waiter with the beard - the best.

There's no place like Byron for a celiac. I've been coming here for years. I've always found kindness, attentiveness, and excellent food with a wide variety. They also offer a double kitchen for 100% gluten-free options. Thank you for being there!
