I've been going to Byron for decades. The menu has slowly evolved over the years, but the atmosphere has remained virtually unchanged, which is very pleasant. Goldfish swim in the pizzas and canals run throughout the restaurant. Caged birds liven up some corners.
The food is good, and the pizza is excellent. Wait times are always reasonable, and they also do takeout. The burgers are very good.
I'll continue to go there for a long time.

No ready-made gluten-free factory pizza here, just one made with fresh, homemade dough.
This pizzeria even has a completely gluten-free menu, including several lactose-free (0.01%) products.
Highly recommended for both regular and gluten-free eaters.

A cute, well-decorated place. Located halfway downtown and easily accessible on foot. Excellent food, both pizza and desserts. A fantastic restaurant for celiacs. Friendly, attentive staff. Average prices.

I chose it by chance after reading a bit about it on Google. I have to say it's a decent restaurant. The atmosphere is very unique and the menu is varied. They even offer vegan options, which isn't a given. All the dishes were well received. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu, as it was truly varied and original.

Spectacular. We had a very good dinner, one of the best calzones I've ever had, and it was generously sized. Plus, the gluten- and dairy-free options give the restaurant that extra something.

If you suffer from celiac disease, SIBO, SIBO IMO, or other intolerances, in this already gluten- and lactose-free country, you can enjoy a gluten-free pizza, a gluten-free burger, and a few other things that will benefit your digestive system. A good place, though unassuming from the outside. They provide you with other—let's wait—cutlery and tableware. Complete understanding and service. I recommend it 200%.

I'm gluten intolerant. I enjoyed an excellent gluten-free pizza at this place. They also have spectacular gluten-free desserts!
The atmosphere is quiet, clean, and welcoming; the staff is friendly and helpful.

È sempre un piacere mangiare al Byron. A Pasqua nonostante ci fosse il pienone e noi esigenze particolari sono stati comunque all' altezza delle aspettative. Super consigliato.
