When we arrived with my family by reservation the staff welcomed us kindly and seated us after 5 minutes. I love the serenity and tranquility of Scicli and the Busacca restaurant, the decor is elegant and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Best sea food witch we have ever eaten is at this restaurant. And the prices were very good.

I ate their pasta calamarata with sausage and chickpea puree and had to send it back because the chef didn't taste anything and the chickpea puree was very salty, they kindly remade it for me but by then I was no longer hungry and the sausage seemed boiled. I ordered a mixed salad and despite the city of Scicli being at the top for the production of early fruits and vegetables, the tomato had the consistency of tofu. On the wine side, great labels and great prices but the staff who served us did not have an in-depth knowledge of the beverage. The caponata was excellent but it is not clear why it is served with panelle, a widespread trend of creating mint-flavored dishes. When the place fills up it is quite difficult to talk to the other diners. It is not worth the money we spent

Nice place, good service, but the pizza is very overrated! Nothing special

Questa pizzeria è particolare, non perché usa farine super lavorate o super sofisticate, ma proprio perché non lo fa. Si è persa ormai la concezione del classico impasto della pizza, semplice. Soffro di Colon irritabile e per me è ormai un incubo mangiare in giro, quando vado in questa pizzeria sono sicura di non sentirmi male, a partire dall’impasto ma soprattutto per gli ingredienti, di ottima qualità. Può sembrare banale ma già solo la salsa di pomodoro, comune in tutte le pizze, è di un sapore unico, è dolce ma perché è di qualità e non perché usano lo zucchero (come fanno ormai comunemente molti ristoranti) assurdo come ormai si sia persa l’abitudine di gustare nei ristoranti il sapore vero del cibo. Spero che questa pizzeria non cambi mai perché, ad oggi, il motivo che l’ha resa così apprezzata è la semplicità, ormai rara. In particolare abbiamo ordinato una patatosa ed una norma Busacca, sotto consiglio di alcune recensioni La patatosa nella sua semplicità era buonissima, la norma Busacca ricca di sapori e particolarmente apprezzata. L’ambiente è rilassante e bello, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è altissimo.

Continuiamo a fare tappa qui durante le nostre fughe Sciclitane. Rimane la nostra pizza preferita del posto. Impasto ed ingredienti freschi e deliziosamente preparati ed abbinati. Personale professionale,amichevole e attento. Ci rivediamo presto !!!
