Blue Ice In Calatabiano

From the outside, you'd initially think the restaurant couldn't be good. The surroundings aren't nice. It's more or less in a parking lot right next to the street, which isn't particularly clean either. However, I was convinced otherwise. The restaurant is clean and neatly decorated. We sat on the terrace, and towards the evening, the roof was partially opened. The service is very friendly, especially the young man who takes our orders. He is also very helpful and helped me choose my pizza and made suggestions for changes. For starters, we had the smoked salmon and bruschetta. The bruschetta was very good. We probably wouldn't order the salmon again, but rather a different seafood appetizer. The salmon was very good and fresh. For main courses, we had spaghetti vongole and a pizza. Both were very good. The mussels were of particularly good quality, and when you see the pizza oven, you immediately know the pizza can only be top-notch. For dessert, we had an excellent tiramisu, a decent espresso, and were even given a complimentary limoncello. When we arrived at 7:30 p.m., we were almost the first in the restaurant. By the time we left, it was completely full.

During our vacation in Sicily, we were recommended San Marco Beach and Marija di Cottone. We decided to eat here based on the great reviews, and what can we say? It was spectacular. Fresh fish and ingredients, excellent food where you could taste the passion and the REAL Sicily. A very beautiful, minimalist restaurant with a nod to Sicilian tradition; the service was wonderful, attentive, precise, and always smiling, with that extra touch that never hurts (the staff's uniforms in the dining room are stunning!) We recommend it to everyone and, when we can, we'll be back!

A perfect evening at Blue Ice. If you love seafood, you're sure to find it here: everything is fresh, carefully prepared, with clean, intense flavors. The Oro Rosso pasta is a blast—creamy, fragrant, with that elegant touch that makes you want to order more immediately. The raw fish? Spectacular. Super fresh, tastefully served, and without too many frills: when the ingredients are this good, nothing else is needed. The place is quiet, the atmosphere relaxed... you feel truly pampered, from the first to the last minute. The service is friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. The prices are more than fair for the quality offered. Recommended for those who love seafood on a plate and want to take some time for themselves.

Scoperto per caso con la mia fidanzata nel 2023 torniamo ogni qualvolta è possibile. Proprietario e staff cordialissimi e disponibili, pietanze ottime e materie prime freschissime, rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso a parer mio. Un obbligatorio plauso a tutto lo staff che fornisce una ristorazione d'eccellenza mettendoci impegno e amore! Torniamo e ritorneremo con estremo piacere!

Ristorante accogliente luminoso e pulitissimo ,direi selezionato .Il personale è gentilissimo. Come ristorante l’ho consiglio. Se volete provare antipasti di pesce ,primi piatti ,e secondi ,tutto freschissimo e soprattutto cucinato con molta passione e cura .Gli chef che preparano questi piatti mettono passione e questa è la cosa più importante ! Pizza super buonissima. Ristorante e pizzeria super consigliato !
