A truly delightful discovery in Locorotondo. We had lunch on Ferragosto (August 15th), and the owner's warm welcome was immediately evident in the quality and attention to detail. The lunch was sublime: a platter of capocollo and top-quality cheeses, and a delicious fava bean puree with chicory. Excellent home-style Apulian cuisine in a refined, unpretentious setting. Highly recommended. Bravo!

Beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff. The delicious food, pasta, and olive oil make you feel like you're at your grandmother's house on a Sunday, showing you the love they put into their work. I highly recommend it.

Perfect service, perfect food, perfect place!!
Must try - eggplant ravioli in tomato sauce and the tiramisu!! The most delicious we have ever eaten.

We had dinner at Bina last night and it was a truly wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner was truly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was also beautiful and made the evening even more special. Everything was excellent, from the food to the service. A must-see in Locorotondo! Highly recommended!

A very good restaurant with delicious dishes. We received a particularly warm welcome from the owner, a genuinely kind and charming person who truly brings his heart and soul to this establishment. A wonderful experience.
One small criticism regarding the service: we felt the two young waiters could be a little more attentive and engaged. This would make the experience even more enjoyable and fully live up to the owner's exceptional hospitality.
Many thanks again to the owner for his kindness and welcome. We sincerely wish him all the best for the future.

Really really good, everything from the orecchiette with breadcrumbs to the cream of fabe with chicory with fish to the baked vegetables, professional staff, fast and impeccable service, I also ate there even though I'm vegan
