We've been returning to Bina Ristorante in Locorotondo for years. Warmly welcomed by Nino and his waiters, we choose dishes that hark back to Apulian tradition, but with a magical touch from chef Bina, who creates a unique culinary experience where aromas and flavors are enhanced, blended, and everything becomes sublime. The hospitality, attention to detail, and good food make us feel at home, and we'll be happy to return. See you next time!!!

We happened to pass by, saw the cellar entrance, and went in. We were greeted very warmly by the owner. The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. We highly recommend it.

Very nice restaurant inside a stone-vaulted building, well-prepared dishes and fast service. In my opinion, a bit expensive for what's on offer.

08/09/2025: We had lunch at Ristorante da Paolo and had a truly positive experience. We chose a seafood menu that won us over: authentic, fresh, and meticulously prepared dishes. I especially recommend the tuna sashimi, simply exceptional! The service was friendly and attentive, with staff always available and ready to offer advice. The location is welcoming and well-maintained, ideal for both a family lunch and a special occasion. The desserts are also not to be underestimated: truly delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. A restaurant that combines excellent seafood cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere, and sincere hospitality: definitely a place to return to and one I would highly recommend. 15/10/2025: Delicious!!!! Blessed polpette, the house starters are delicious, the meat cooked to perfection, the staff super attentive and charming... in short, 1000% recommended.
