Aroma In Torino

My absolute favorite place in Turin! I highly recommend Aroma Ristorante because every dish is an explosion of flavor, and the courtesy and kindness of Denis and the entire staff, of course, make the place unique! If you want to play it safe, Aroma is the answer.

I have known this restaurant for 2 years and every time I go I am always surprised by the quality of the cuisine and the very pleasant environment, dishes that always please the eye and also the palate with the right and contrasting combinations! Unfortunately I am honest I did not take photos of either the welcome or the amuse bouche, but I can say that they were really good, the only flaw on the panzanellina with Burrata and basil oil I would have preferred to feel a little more acidity because the Burrata covered it a bit. The tomato tarallo was perhaps a little hard but in the context you could taste the tomato flavor well. Nothing to replicate in the rabbit in porchetta with pea hummus simply fabulous as well as the gnocchi perfect combination that made your taste buds dance!!!!!! Good spaghetti perhaps I would have dared with some lemon zest or even something that gave a summer scent. Duck breast maybe a little tough but in the context very well executed The only flaw I can say about the service is that they brought me a different menu from the other diner, he took the pork belly very well executed and delicious. Moving on to the dessert I was very amazed. In conclusion always a point of reference and a place where you can find innovation but at the same time dishes that satisfy the palate Thanks for everything and compliments we will be back soon

Ottimo su tutti i punti di vista, dal personale, al menu e la qualità del cibo. Ci andiamo di tanto in tanto ed è una delle certezze tra i ristornati di Torino

Il ristorante è senz'altro di ottimo livello sia per quanto riguarda il servizio sia per la qualità del cibo sia per il rapporto tra il conto e i piatti scelti. Noi in due abbiamo preso per antipasto una quaglia e un uovo con provola e cime di rape ( questo il piatto meno convincente a mio avviso o per meglio dire più anonimo) e per secondo risotto al Castelmagno con salsiccia di bra ( ottimo). Buoni i dolci in particolare quello con gianduia melina e zabaione. A mio giudizio in qualche dettaglio è possibile migliorare: ad esempio non condivido la scelta di non prevedere il vino al calice ma di prevedere solo bottiglie più piccole. Il servizio come detto è sicuramente professionale ma un tantino asettico. Non le chiamerei critiche ma semplici opinioni che non mutano il giudizio complessivo di 5 pallini.
