On a rainy evening, we found ourselves in this restaurant with some colleagues, having read excellent reviews on the meats. We tasted a mix of appetizers, all delicious, and then following the innkeeper's advice we tasted three different cuts of meat, with different maturation times, all really excellent and cooked to perfection. Prices a little high, but the quality is unquestionable.

By far the place to eat the best meat in Bologna.
Top quality meat from the best choices in Europe, highly trained staff, listening to them during the service is an integral part of the experience. Research and quality can be felt in every bite!
I read in other reviews about high prices. They are not "high", they are prices appropriate to the quality of the product and service.

Exceptional choice of quality meat also from outside Europe. Let us advise you on the cut, size and wine to accompany. Excellent desserts. Significant expense, but correct for the quality. Reservation required.

In the north-western outskirts of Bologna, in an area certainly not helped in terms of comfort by the proximity of the airport, an authentic temple for meat worshipers. Beef and pork, interpreted with respect and imagination, are the protagonists of an extremely tasty menu that shows no flaws: starters, first and second courses did not betray expectations. The environment and service convey hospitality and friendliness. The bill is not soft, but the quality of the offer justifies it.
