The best "tortellini" in the world!! The "nodo d'amore" (love knot) and their other stuffed pasta are unparalleled in their melt-in-your-mouth quality. The deliciousness is top-notch and a delight for the palate. The menu is rounded out with homemade pasta with various toppings, fish and meat main courses, and a well-stocked dessert trolley.
My favorite is the gelato spiritoso: cream gelato with a cascade of grapes preserved in alcohol, a must-try every time I go to the Stock Exchange.

A simple and welcoming place, with friendly and helpful staff. The owner is a very kind and helpful lady, qualities that are becoming increasingly rare. The food was very good; I had a delicious guardiniera and fabulous pumpkin tortelli. Highly recommended!

What can I say? Absolutely top-notch food quality and excellent service. Three of us arrived from Nervesa della Battaglia TV. The Valeggio postmaster, also a great gentleman, made our reservation. Besides the meat tortelli, which I think are the best in the world, I must also pay tribute to the service provided by the lady, who is now in her eighties, for her grace, hospitality, humility, and deference. The fresh pasta is exceptional, both filled and plain. The classic tortellini are among the best I've ever tasted. The broth is incredibly delicate. The boiled meats, the cuts of meat, the accompanying sauces, the pearà, and finally the desserts are all delicious.
The decor and classic tablecloths are beautiful, perfect for the cuisine.
An excellent restaurant, a testament to our success every time we return.

Sembra di entrare in una cattedrale romanica, semplice e austera, maestosa e accogliente. Un po’ come i grandi ristoranti storici nelle grandi città o nei grand hotel, un po’ come nei ristoranti della provincia granda (e mi rivedo i ravioli, poi dirò).
La regina del lago è un carpaccio di trota essenziale e appagante nella sua semplicità…ma quando scopri che “siamo fritti” sono dei tortellini fritti senti che qualcosa sta per accadere. Come quando hai scoperto gli agnolotti del plin al tovagliolo. Semplicemente imperdibili. Da soli premiano e obbligano al ritorno. Naturalmente anche i tortellini di valeggio nodo d’amore di carne con burro e salvia e i tortelli di zucca sono da podio. Inutile aggiungere altro.

Locali accoglienti, ben arredati e con molti tavoli. La cucina è ottima! I vari tipi di tortellini fatti in casa (spinaci, zucca e col brasato) conditi con burro e salvia che ne esaltano il sapore del ripieno, sono uno più buono dell'altro. Soprattutto quelli col brasato: indimenticabili! Ho trovato invece non tanto cordiale la persona alla cassa, forse la proprietaria, quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni sul conto. A mio avviso non c'è stata molto chiarezza in anticipo sui costi dei piatti di portata grandi per assaggiare tutti i tipi di tortelli "in gruppo", rispetto ai piatti individuali. Non sembra molto conveniente. Ciononostante la bontà eccezionale dei tortelli, mi farà ritornare in questo ristorante.
