Opening weekend, busy and vibrant. So busy that the service was a bit "slow" but we totally understand! And we will be back! Because we want to eat everything on the menu. Ci vediamo!

Very good lunch. The fusilli with cheese, pepper, and bottarga were delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.

The ambiance and location are phenomenal. The restaurant perfectly complements the beautiful harbor. The food was delicious and well-prepared from start to finish. The waiter was friendly, took our orders very carefully, and was attentive to any special requests. Relaxing music played in the background, making us feel very comfortable. Even the bathroom was one of the most beautiful I've seen in Italy! My only (minor) criticism: In such an upscale restaurant, I would expect the waiters to be appropriately dressed. Our waiter was walking around in a T-shirt, while his colleague served his guests in a hoodie.

Excellent restaurant overlooking the Porto Ercole harbor. Refined and beautifully presented seafood dishes.

We happened to be passing by and were a bit late for lunch—it was almost 2 p.m.—but the very friendly staff immediately made a newly opened table for us. The food was so good; I'd love to come back again to try the other dishes. This time we had a very good spaghetti aglio, olio, peperoncino with totani (squid), very flavorful and perfectly prepared, and tempura of shrimp and zucchini flowers, very refined and subtly coated with a lovely crispy layer. The glass of excellent Vermentino di Sardegna was a perfect accompaniment. The tiramisu classico and hazelnut semifreddo were a lovely ending. A top-notch restaurant! I don't understand the negative reviews from people who almost never write reviews.

When we came, without a reservation, and with one friend using a wheelchair, they brought out a ramp so we could get in. There are two steps up from the street level to the patio, and a third one into the interior of the restaurant. Service was attentive but unobtrusive-- the best kind of Italian service. Marina view. Food, wine, and amari were all excellent.

My favorite place. A unique culinary experience. The quality of the ingredients blends with the professionalism of the staff. I've been coming back here for 6 years, and I must say I'm never disappointed. See you next time!

The atmosphere is very nice, the staff is friendly and truly nice. The dishes are unique and very carefully prepared. We stumbled upon it by chance, and we were lucky.

Our experience at Hosteria Alicina was a real emotional rollercoaster. The first time we dined here, we were overjoyed. Everything was perfect – the beautiful setting, the warm and professional staff, the cozy atmosphere, and above all, the food, which was simply outstanding. We were so impressed that we immediately asked if we should reserve a table for Thursday, the day before our departure. The waiter assured us that in September this would not be necessary. So, on Thursday we drove an hour to return for what we hoped would be a memorable farewell dinner – only to find the restaurant closed. Thursday, it turned out, is their closing day. We were deeply disappointed, especially because we had kept this visit as the highlight of our trip before heading home. We believe the waiter may have misunderstood us, but in that case, she should have clarified. Our first visit deserves 5 stars without hesitation. Unfortunately, the second “experience” was a true letdown. That leaves us with 3 stars overall. Such a pity, because the food here truly is exquisite.
