A truly excellent 5-star experience. A very charming venue, with indoor and outdoor seating, meticulous attention to detail, and a pleasant atmosphere.
The menu is excellent and also offers a tasting menu. We chose white wine, raw pink shrimp, marinated and grilled fish fillet of the day with herb mayonnaise, fish and vegetable tempura, tiramisu, and a chocolate cream with coffee, cinnamon, and white pepper, served with tobacco ice cream. Everything was absolutely sublime, both in quality and presentation.
Attentive and friendly service, and the final bill was €120: absolutely in line with the quality offered and local prices.
A restaurant I would recommend without hesitation, even in the Michelin Guide. We'll definitely be back!

Restaurant on the harbor, beautifully set table, very fast and attentive service.
Fried vegetables, calamari, and shrimp, dry and crispy.
The spaghetti with ajo ojo, peperoncino, and squid were very good. Mop up the sauce!
Spaghetti with clams was excellent, and the cod was a must-try.
Recommended restaurant for a high-end dinner.

The food was delicious, but... the pasta was raw. We changed the pasta dish and it came back raw. But the worst part was the owner's response... "My husband has a timer, it's impossible for it to be raw." Okay, it's the timer's fault, ma'am. I won't be back.

Alicina is a restaurant I've been going to for years. The best restaurant in Porto Ercole. They have a very nice team of guys who make the service perfect!

Very good ✨ medium-high price
Let me start by saying that I've been on vacation for four days and this restaurant was my favorite.
Delicious, delicate, and innovative flavors.
I really enjoyed the appetizer: my boyfriend and I shared a marinated and smoked fish fillet with mayonnaise. It was delicious and tender. For our first course, we chose spaghetti with clams and sea urchins and spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and squid. Both were excellent. The flavors were well-balanced. I then wanted to try something new for dessert: a chocolate cream with pepper, cinnamon, crumble, and tobacco ice cream. A perfect choice.
I really enjoyed every dish, so even though the prices are high, it's a place I'd happily return to. However, considering that I didn't order wine or alcohol, and the main courses were two first courses, I honestly thought I'd spend less than €100.
