Fantastic pizza, excellent service, a little old place

Delicious pizza! A nice pizzeria that has an excellent choice of quality! Pizzas were delicious with fresh products. The soft dough with nice high edges. Staff very kind guys.

Exquisite pizza. Excellent dough and raw materials for fillings.

Calling this pizza sublime is an understatement. You can see all the study that goes into the dough, the leavening, the choice and combination of the raw materials. Nicely soft and super honeycombed cornice. Super approved of not having the signature pizzas modified and keeping them as they were designed, really chapeau! Very good fried starter. Desserts almost all made very well, especially the pastiera; reviewable tiramisu: too few ladyfingers and too soaked, mascarpone cream turned out badly, swollen with air (too much whipped cream). A negative note is the service which sometimes leaves something to be desired; waiter(s) with their head in the clouds who don't understand the requests/give unkind answers. In any case, one of the best pizzerias in Bergamo and its province for the product offered, let's leave aside the service.

Pizza (Neapolitan) good and visually spectacular (the fried one excellent). I can't give 5 stars because it was a bit heavy for me to digest.

I took a totò pizza and unfortunately towards the end I realized that the pecorino flakes were missing. I pointed this out and the girl in charge of topping the pizzas told the waitress that they had probably melted. How do they melt when they are left cold before the pizza is brought to the table? In fact, there were flakes in my own pizza at another table... I would have liked the girl to apologize for the mistake personally without inventing excuses. Lack of professionalism! For the rest the pizza is very good, high quality ingredients and above all very digestible. Congratulations to the pizza chef! Also very good desserts and friendly staff. It's really a shame about that unpleasant episode. UPDATE: I came back the following week and everything was perfect. such good pizza is hard to find around. Most of the pizzas I eat feel heavy and make me thirsty, but this one doesn't, regardless of the toppings. The desserts are an absolute must!

We went to dinner at Aldo and Maria's, recommended by many friends. I really enjoyed the food, the pizza I chose was very delicious and it met my expectations. I was thrilled with it.
