I went yesterday with friends and was very satisfied. Very well-kept location and all lit just right. Impeccable courtesy and service and a lot of friendliness, attention and kindness. Very good food, fresh fish and a lot of variety of choice. Super positive experience for me. I will definitely go back.

I would like to point out that I hadn't had dinner with rock salt since 2019. The request for a non-central table was not granted. Noisy evening, the room echoed and we couldn't talk together. Mediocre food.

Business dinner, in this Milanese fish restaurant. Pleasant and relaxed location, no rush to "turn the tables" several times per evening. Space between the tables which allows for the possibility of confidential conversations. Excellent raw material expertly cooked. Friendly detached service. Account appropriate to the above. Well done.

Last business lunch experience, less than usual. Tartare 200 g from the daily menu with chips. I wasn't able to weigh the tartare but from the looks of it it was just over 100g. Good. A few Pai or San Carlo chips alongside, not exactly a gourmet dish. 20 cents worth of chips on a 16 euro plate is infuriating. It's not enough to plate well if the substance is missing. Inattentive service, we had to insist on replacing empty water bottles with full ones.

Locale elegante e caldo, con personale simpatico. Menu’ per lo più a base di pesce, offerto in ogni modo: crudo, cotto e fritto. Ampio novero di piatti tra cui scegliere, sempre preparati bene. Porzioni generose. Prezzi corretti per ciò che viene offerto.

Tonight we went to this restaurant for the first time on the recommendation of a dear friend. A very pleasant evening both for the company and for the food and environment. Attentive, competent and kind staff, excellent quality fish and desserts. A small 'culinary pearl' to discover. 👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏻

24/11/2024: We ate a great Panini. Very good price and excellent service.
18/08/2024: We had breakfast here every morning of our trip, it was great! Very good croissants (and a vegan version available). For those who prefer a savory lunch, small paninis for €6 are available, tested and approved! Tea and fresh orange juice at a very reasonable price.

Ristorante San Nicolao

18/11/2024: Per una uscita infrasettimanale non programmata grazie a The Fork scegliamo il San Nicoao dopo tantissimo tempo dall'ultima volta. La gestione è cambiata e la pizza non è più nel menù. Menù molto interessante. Scegliamo il Crunch di focaccia come antipasto, gli spagettonni cacio pepe e gambero rosso, le eliche giganti con crema di porcini, due birre artigianali da 33cc. Conto scontato 30% di 44,60€. Tutto eccellente tranne l'eccessiva sapidità del pecorino della cacio e pepe. Fatto presente al cameriere ci ha "corrotto" con 4 meringhe fatte in casa, buonissime. Pane e grissini, fatti in casa, buonissimi. Fanno venire una fame da lupi. A nostro avviso abbandonando la parte pizzeria il locale ne ha guadagnato in eleganza. Il menù è molto sfizioso e di livello. Staff gentile e professionale. Se siete alla ricerca di un locale elegante il San Nicolao è il posto giusto.
