Nice place, excellent pizza, overly formal staff

We had dinner at this restaurant and the experience was excellent in every respect. We tasted a delicious mussel soup, with an authentic and well-balanced flavour, and some paccheri with bottarga cream and mussels which won us over for the quality of the ingredients and the perfect creaming. Each dish enhanced the taste of the sea in a sublime way. The service was attentive and courteous, the atmosphere welcoming and the quality-price ratio fair for the freshness and goodness of the dishes. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy excellent fish in a pleasant environment!

Don't be fooled by exterior appearances, charming little restaurant and very good cuisine.

The dishes are decent, the portion of the first courses is a little small, the fried calamari is decent. It's a shame that they brought the two starters together with the second course, leaving one diner alone waiting and only then did they serve the first courses. We ask for a limoncino cream and it isn't there, never mind. He lists the desserts including seadas, it is ordered and it is not there. Definitely need to review the service.

Food excellent, we have been in this great place Bosa for 4 days. The restaurant was recommended to us during our walk. We're on site for the third time after tonight. Everything is perfect, everything is fresh, the wine selection is excellent. A little on the cooler side but after a few minutes it reached a great temperature. Pulpo, Sepia, Spagethi del Chef super fine. Everything on the menu is highly recommended. Thanks to the entire company. If someone claims otherwise, it cannot be understood. Il ristorante “Gambero Rosso” di Bosa si distingue per una posizione strategica e comoda, con la possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente. Fin da subito, il servizio si è rivelato impeccabile, accompagnato da un’atmosfera confortevole e accogliente. Ho avuto il piacere di gustare una carbonara deliziosa, preparata con grande cura, e di assaggiare una selezione di antipasti davvero eccezionali, che testimoniano l’attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti. Anche il dolce era molto buono. Ciò che però mi ha colpito di più è stata la straordinaria gentilezza del personale e del proprietario. Nonostante fossimo rimasti oltre l’orario di chiusura, ci è stata offerta ospitalità per ripararci dalla pioggia mentre aspettavo con la mia bambina di 5 mesi. Un gesto semplice ma profondamente umano, che dimostra quanto questo luogo sia più di un ristorante: è un ambiente dove l’ospitalità e l’empatia fanno la differenza. Un’esperienza da consigliare, non solo per l’eccellenza del cibo, ma anche per l’attenzione verso i clienti.

High quality food, all very fresh even on holidays. The fregola with artichokes, clams and bottarga is superb. Mussels ditto. The frying was very tender and had all the flavor of the sea. Fair value for money. Polite and friendly staff. Advised.

Conosciamo il locale da anni e siamo clienti. Una cena fra amici, abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti (polpo + tonno e salmone) e 2 primi. Uno dei primi era buono (spaghetti di mare al sugo), ma gli spaghetti con le arselle, mi spiace dire che erano asciutti e per niente gustosi. Vino bianco buonissimo (di qualità) e una seada discreta. Il prezzo pagato esorbitante: oltre € 40 a testa (eravamo in 4)! Il personale sempre gentilissimo, un po' delusi dal prezzo e dalla qualità di uno dei primi! Consiglio, ma da migliorare
