Traditional cuisine, a fairly good mid-August set menu. The entire menu has been adapted to be gluten-free, including gluten-free bread and pane carasau, and the lobster sauce is excellent. Because of the heat, it was difficult to eat outside, but the waiters were very kind and found us a seat inside.

Excellent restaurant. The fregola was divine, preceded by an appetizer of octopus Bosana-style and skate garlic sauce. The air conditioning was also welcoming; it was 40 degrees outside. The place is dated but functional, and the waiter was extremely kind and professional. Accessible to everyone, including the disabled, with free street parking. The quality of the food certainly justifies the price. I recommend a visit for anyone who appreciates good food.

Heads up! They don't serve pizza in the summer! The pasta al vongole is delicious. It's a bit off the beaten track, away from the center and the tourist area, perhaps more frequented by local Italians. In a place like Bosa with so much charm and so many terraces, it's a little bland.

07/07/2026: The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available. The pizza is truly excellent and, in my opinion, the best in the area. Furthermore, the option of dining outside makes the experience even more enjoyable, especially during the warm Sardinian summer evenings.
