We came here twice. First time everything was perfect, two friendly waiters and good food along with perfect service. Hence we returned and were utterly disappointed with the indifferent service we received. This was a different waiter, the two friendly ones were busy at other tables. Muscles as a starter were tasty. Service was in a style that we should please leave as soon as possible. Which we did. Never to return, there are many other places to go to in Malcesine with fantastic service and high quality food including a better wine list.

I have been to eat in this very quiet place, away from the chaos of Malcesine, with a lake view, eating on the terrace the temperature is perfect. First courses and desserts very much appreciated. Congratulations, I will definitely be back!!!

An impeccable location, if you go when the sun has set but it's not yet dark the light is wonderful... the same consideration applies to the restaurant, located on the ground floor of the Castello hotel (4*), all with great attention to detail. Among our choices, the second courses (both fish) were decidedly more convincing than the starter and first course, in terms of presentation, portion and flavour. The big point for improvement that we recommend is on the service: except at the bar counter (where you also pay), from the welcome, to the service in the room, to the attention and kindness towards the customer, all the waiters were quite lacking and disinterested (we even had to call them to order coffee and dessert)... and for the place it is, we expect much more. Average prices.. two courses each, water, coffee and two glasses of wine €95 per couple.. if you choose a lake view you can fit in.

Restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake, prices are reasonable and the products are fresh.
