It was wonderful to eat "Ai Old Flavors" with my partner.
All the food is made by them and they purchase wine and bitters from local companies including the (amazing) oil which is made by the owner himself.
We didn't miss anything from the starter to the bitters.
The Montepulciano braised meat was a culinary orgasm and so were the seasonal vegetables.
It's difficult to choose a favorite dish because they are all wonderfully good
Liliana welcomed us and told us about the place and specified that everything is done by them
She was very sweet and super helpful
Would I go again? 1000 times YES
We didn't take photos because the experience was more intense than having photos taken

Excellent, indeed I would say superlative, culinary experience!!!! Fantastic preparations expressed and with pasta expertly handmade by the hands of an expert chef! Really congratulations! We were with our two children, among them a 1 year old who enjoyed the volleys with ricotta together with his brother! Really appreciated a chat with the owner!!! Greetings from the "Bari" customers who will gladly come back to visit you when they are there again!

Having ended up in Lanciano, we arrive at this restaurant recommended by the locals. Exceptional food, all handcrafted with love, "old fashioned" as they say. Ms. Liliana provides an off-the-scale service; kind, smiling and correct. The environment is welcoming and homely. If I think of a rustic, sincere and spontaneous dinner, I can't think of anything different. Long live old flavors.

Siamo stati a cena fra amici , in tutto 6 persone.Cibo semplice, genuino e ben presentato.Ho preso un manzo brasato che definirlo buono è riduttivo (solo leggermente saporito) un burro..... si scioglieva in bocca! Buon assortimento di vini anche se noi abbiamo preso quello della casa molto buono, così come l' olio di loro produzione.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Per finire aggiungerei un plauso alla cordialità e gentilezza del personale. Siamo stati serviti da una bellissima ragazza ,Nicole che si è sempre rivolta a tutti noi clienti con il sorriso e tanta dolcezza , ugualmente gentile e cordiale il signore alla cassa.Bravi continuate così!!

Pallotte speciali, brasato che si scioglie in bocca. Locale carino e piacevole. La gentilezza, la profondità e cordialità della signora veneta compensa qualche imprecisione degli altri.
