The first courses were excellent: gnocchi with borage and ricotta, cod mezzelune (half-moons) and guinea fowl tortelli. Everyone was very friendly and the place was lovely. The prices were fair.

We enjoyed a Sunday lunch filled with excellent, traditional flavors...exceptional homemade pasta and friendly, attentive service. Liliana made us feel right at home. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Lunch on Saturday. Walked in and we were the only Americans there. They quickly seated us in the last 2 top. Taverna was full. Knew it would be good. We ordered water and wine. Then the appetizer of meatballs accompanied with potatoes and cauliflower. The Ragu was amazing. Next came the gnocchi and peci to share. Then the Nona that was cooking and taking charge brought over a sampling of spaghetti with truffles. Everything was marvelous. Stepped up to pay and the owner who spoke some English talked with us for 15 minutes, wondering how we had found the taverna and where we had been where we were going, etc..Truely a great restaurant,

Trattoria con piatti della tradizione abruzzese e anche qualche sconfinamento (leggasi mezzaluna di baccalà). Piatti ben cucinati, un servizio che é una coccola e prezzo molto onesto.

Piatti eccezionali da antipasti al dolce passando per l'agnello porchettato alle prugne tutti serviti con grande cortesia e gentilezza della signora veneta (alla quale nn abbiamo chiesto il nome). Peccato i pochi giorni passati in zona altrimenti avremmo fatto il bis!!!!

05/12/2025: Welcoming place, impeccable cuisine. I went for lunch on Sunday, the service was unobtrusive and friendly, the dishes were not only beautiful to look at but also delicious. Highly recommended.
27/10/2025: Fantastic cuisine! All of our à la carte dishes were sensational, and the portions were also really generous! The wine was perfect and the service was super friendly! And all at an affordable, almost cheap price!!! Perfect! Compliments!!!
