The environment is very warm, welcoming and elegant, with lego beams and large windows
We let the guys at Sala recommend a tasting menu called the First Time and we were happy with it
We were able to taste some of their signature dishes, starting from the appetizer we were served a plate of Jerusalem artichoke with celeriac puree, red turnip and pioppini as a first course the burnt wheat fusilli, with carbonara foam, smoked fatulì and bacon continuing with the pork ribs accompanied by mashed potatoes
Truly a delight for the eyes and the palate
We will definitely be back to try the other tasting menu

A special occasion to spend an evening with the family. We celebrated a birthday and we can only compliment all the staff who made us feel at home. From the appetizer to the second course everything was very tasty and served with professionalism. The environment is nice and the choice of wines and digestives is large. This restaurant is to be recommended.

Ambiente accogliente, personale disponibile e attento al cliente in modo discreto. Cibo delizioso. Menù molto ricco di proposte di ogni tipo. Ho preso i Bubba, dei gamberi arrotolati nella pasta kataifi accompagnati da maionese vegana, salsa di passion fruit e zenzero. Un'esplosione di gusto! Anche la calamarata e la pasta con la trinca affumicata e finocchietto eccellente, soprattutto quest'ultima. È stata la mia prima volta qui ma tornerò sicuro per provare altri gusti. Grazie, ottima esperienza.
