The food was excellent. The service was terrible. Poorly organized.

Lunch with friends, Sunday. We had reservations, and luckily, because we arrived at 12:30, there were only a few tables occupied, and soon after, customer after customer started coming in, many even lingering at the entrance waiting for a free table. The place has tons of Michelin stickers on the door, including a sticker from the winner of "4 Ristoranti" (a TV show), but you can't live on fame alone! You have to maintain it. Medium/high prices, the quality is worth it, even if the portions are small. €5 for the cover charge seems a bit excessive, though! The staff was very kind, no complaints. But the wait was interminable! Between the appetizer and the first course, a good hour passed. It was as if we were at a wedding reception! We were leaving at almost 2:30 PM, and there were still people waiting to be seated. I don't know if they had kitchen problems, or if they weren't expecting so many people (it's Sunday, though. One can imagine), but the fact is that such a wait is intolerable. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be back.

I don't understand why Google thinks it's a hotel instead of a restaurant, but let's move on. A beautiful and well-kept osteria, unfortunately the location really lets it down. The veranda is well-equipped but overlooks the street, so it makes little sense to have such large windows. The food was all excellent, very good, small portions but excellent flavor. Why 3 stars? For the service...slow and disorganized. It was completely full with only 2 waiters and one who did a bit of everything but poorly. Long waits both to sit at the table and to order, and also between courses. The overall organization was lacking. The service was incomplete and poor. It may have won 4 restaurants 10 years ago, but now it's just another osteria.

Top-quality food and mostly courteous service. We visited there spontaneously. Luckily, we were there at opening time at 7 p.m. and were still served by the waiter (very friendly!), even if we hadn't needed more than two hours. Why? It was a Friday evening; the restaurant was completely booked. So we were still able to eat here, and it was truly excellent. However, three small comments: a) you have to cross the country road on foot to get here; there's a lot of traffic here, driving at speeds of 70 km/h. It's not entirely safe. b) you definitely need a reservation; everyone arriving after us was turned away. c) because the restaurant was fully prepared, the service deteriorated from excellent and courteous towards dessert to almost negligible. Nevertheless, I would go here again for fine dining!

Very nice place, knowledgeable staff, excellent food. The dishes are carefully crafted by chef Fabio, and the ingredients are top-quality. The price is in line with the quality offered. The wine list is excellent, with wines for all budgets and palates. I will definitely be back.

Lovely place. Nice decor. Right on the beaten path but a few steps off. Enough to make one feel like we’re in the countryside. Ironed tablecloth. Lovely and rentable dishes. See photos. The tables are a good distance apart. The chairs are nicely upholstered and. comfortable. The service was outstanding. Friendly. Fluent English. Helpful. The bread was a tasty way to begin. I had the stuffed eggplant to start Andrea the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms which was intense and delicious. My dinner companion had shrimp as a starter and octopus as a main dish. It’s s truly delightful restaurant.

Good food, nice selection of wine. Location a bit off, close to busy road. We were sitting inside.

A palace of delights, A delight for the palate.

Sono andato con la mia famiglia. Io ho mangiato il coniglio per antipasto e a seguire le pappardelle e la faraona. Piatti molto buoni. Gusti decisi e “avvolgenti” nello stesso tempo. Cantina dei vini rifornita anche con etichette prestigiose. Servizio cortese e veloce. Insomma: molto bene!

I piatti sono molto curati, la materia prima e la lavorazione ottimi. Il locale anche è curato, peccato che le cameriere sembrava avessero fretta di mandarci via, quasi infastidita, soprattutto una delle due. Mi aspettavo anche una presentazione dei piatti che per l'antipasto non è stata fatta mentre per i primi si dopo che la ragazza ha dato una rapida occhiata alle nostre spalle, evidentemente c'era qualcuno che la guardava... ma per il secondo e il dolce si è ripetuta la stessa scena dall'antipasto, portato senza spiegazione, posso accettarlo in una osteria ma in un ristorante di questo tipo anche no! Peccato perché i piatti sono molto interessanti e l'ambiente curato e luminoso!
