Gino Pesce and his wife run this little corner of paradise. The food is excellent, the service is attentive and elegant, and the view is the most beautiful in Ponza. You can't go to Ponza without stopping by Gino's.

A very charming location: four floors overlooking the sea. Elegant decor with a strong maritime feel, so the place remains unpretentious. The bathroom could use some improvement, especially for a Michelin-starred restaurant. We had two tasting menus: €100, not bad for a Michelin-starred restaurant. With wine and service, we paid about €115/person. It's definitely worth a visit for dinner. The menu was interesting, with some truly exceptional dishes. What was missing was the menu's "storytelling," which is usually a journey—in the senses—that the chef offers to communicate something or showcase his style. I missed this part a bit. I appreciated the welcome; I would have also appreciated something to transition from savory to sweet—or a final dish, which Michelin-starred restaurants often offer. The cleaning of crumbs was appreciated, but only at the end of the meal before dessert. Light background music would have made the atmosphere even more romantic.

Well, what can I say? It's definitely the most elegant restaurant on Ponza (and the only one with a Michelin star). A fabulous establishment in an enchanting location. Ideal for special occasions. The dishes were a journey of flavors that alternated in texture, sweetness, and acidity. Overall, the experience was pleasant; I definitely recommend it. A must-do experience.

Aqua pazza il ristorante di Ponza, locale bellissimo , raffinato ed elegante con appetizer buonissimi ed antipasti, primi e secondi freschissimi sapientemente preparati per concludere una giornata in un isola meravigliosa. Una esperienza da non mancare !!!

La prima sera sull’isola di Ponza veniamo sempre qui e sappiamo di trascorrere una cena in riva al mare indimenticabile. Servizio speciale, piatti davvero ottimi e cucinati a regola d’arte. Dagli antipasti al dolce abbiamo provato tutto ed è sempre buono.
