ELEGANCE. Awesome place: location, dishes, high academic level cuisine, top cellar. It used to be a place for a few. Dish that enhances the taste of the dishes and you can taste the sea but DELICATELY. In fact it is all delicate. The staff understands a lot and assists you! Aqua pazza il ristorante di Ponza, locale bellissimo , raffinato ed elegante con appetizer buonissimi ed antipasti, primi e secondi freschissimi sapientemente preparati per concludere una giornata in un isola meravigliosa. Una esperienza da non mancare !!!

La prima sera sull’isola di Ponza veniamo sempre qui e sappiamo di trascorrere una cena in riva al mare indimenticabile. Servizio speciale, piatti davvero ottimi e cucinati a regola d’arte. Dagli antipasti al dolce abbiamo provato tutto ed è sempre buono.
