When we want to eat good fish, especially if it is raw fish, Acqua & Sale is our point of reference in Milan. The quality of the fish is really very high in all the dishes they offer, from raw appetizers to main courses. The strong point, in addition to the quality and freshness of the food, is certainly the kindness of the staff and the excellent service.

05/10/2025: An authentic old Milanese trattoria! The service is courteous and cheerful, and everyone is friendly. The dishes are good, especially the meat. The risotto was a little too al dente. Highly recommended for a true Milanese experience.
27/09/2025: I didn't have high expectations when I walked in, but after seeing the prices and the quantity served, I was amazed. The menu changes every day, but the price remains the same. It's like eating at grandma's on Sundays: simple but tasty dishes. Not to mention the quantity. Everything is delicious, definitely worth trying!!!
