Very friendly service. Very good food. We had the wonderful (and extensive) 4Ciane menu. Save some room in your stomach for the sensational desert. Highly recommended!

In the historic center of Cuneo there is this via Dronero which offers a series of restaurants, all of excellent quality. Today I tried 4 Ciance, which presents itself as a traditional place but with many ideas of originality and quality. The place is welcoming, well looked after and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I chose the 45 euro menu, which satisfied me with the variety and quantity of product. We start with a waiting proposal offered by the restaurant, three tasty ideas to introduce us to the pleasure of the table. I particularly appreciated the Entrecote di Fassona, excellent. Built on traditional flavors which however always decline in unexpected and pleasant forms. Tastefully recommended.

As already done in the past, we dine choosing the specific menu created for the annual Chestnut Fair: the dishes were good but the chestnuts were practically the same...... they were not noticeable as they were "covered" by other ingredients with stronger flavors . Disappointed.

Incredible, the tasting menu at €45 is a thousand percent worth the cost, you won't find better anywhere else. Everything was delicious (I took the vegetarian one), special mention to the eggplant parmiggiana, sublime & the tart/cheesecake/figs. I highly recommend

16/07/2024: First time, business dinner... very particular and well-kept environment, friendly staff and very willing to satisfy any requests on the spot. Very short waiting times, good quality/price ratio in my opinion. If I come back to these parts, I'll easily reply, worth trying, it's worth it!
