Piedmontese restaurant in the historic center of Cuneo. Everything is very good: the risotto and desserts stand out. A bit slow to start (I think because of the choice of risotto to be made on the spot). Nice wine list. Friendly and friendly staff.

La qualità e la professionalità la fanno da padroni in questo posto favoloso, curato , pulito e tranquillo . Nella vie vecchie di Cuneo ( via dronero 8c, traversa della via principale antica di Cuneo ovvero via Roma ) si trova questo piccolo angolo di qualità. Soffitti a cassettoni e volte a botti in mattoni antichi, quel poco di design che non sovrasta l'antico, un'ottima unione tra i due mondi. Cucina a vista nel passaggio tra una zona e l'altra ( 2 sale ), dalla quale esce non solo profumo ma la passione di chi cucina. Il bagno curato e pulito . Le specialità piemontesi servite nel miglior modo. Una location molto bella senza quell’affollamento che permette una conversazione piacevole. La gentilezza e la cortesia della gestione chiudono un quadro d’insieme molto apprezzato.

26/09/2025: Such a culinary experience for so little money is unheard of! The panna cotta is absolutely recommended. The staff is super friendly and the wines are delicious. I would definitely do it again 👌 Molto bene!
