A charming place offering American-style breakfast and brunch, located near Porta Garibaldi, on a busy Milanese street. Prices are moderately high, but considering the area, they're perfectly in line with other places.

Food tasted normal// good. CAUTION: At the table between number 5 and 4 water is dripping down? I think it was water from the air conditioning. Service is good there.

Un angolo perfetto per un aperitivo all’aperto, immersi in un’atmosfera rilassata e piacevole. La vera forza di questo locale sta nei cocktail: particolari, ben bilanciati e decisamente gustosi, perfetti per chi cerca qualcosa di diverso dal solito. Sul lato gastronomico durante l’aperitivo, l’offerta di cibo è piuttosto limitata, quindi è più il posto ideale per un drink. Il servizio, nel complesso, potrebbe essere più coinvolgente, ma va detto che due ragazzi in particolare si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili, aggiungendo un tocco di calore all’esperienza. Se l’idea è godersi un buon cocktail in un ambiente tranquillo, questo bar merita una visita.

Bon accueil Table trouvée tout de suite Très bon accueil avec apéro offert Cadre verdoyant très végétalisé et branché ! À refaire !

I tried all kinds of pancakes, croissants, cakes and avocado toast. All delicious and very similar to what I ate in the States. The prices are in line with Corso Como and the atmosphere is simple, perhaps it could be a little cozier. Friendly staff

I live for their devil’s cake and cheesecake. One of the very few places in Milan where you can have a slice of a delish buttery cake the way it’s made in the UK or US, as opposed to dry and tasteless pastry they love so much in Italy. I also tried their bagels and burgers and was positively surprised. The only thing is they’re almost always short-stuffed and they could work on their pricing a bit.

01/03/2025: L'idea delle polpette è una genialata, tant'è che in tanti l 'hanno copiata. Qui però da' il suo meglio e non scontenta neppure chi non mangia carne, tante sono le polpette, anche di ceci, di melanzane, di pesce. Se vengono degli amici da fuori li porto qui . Servizio giovane, rapido, simpatico.

Tannico wine bar

08/05/2025: Second experience at Tannico a little less positive than the first. The restaurant is still pretty even if it definitely never seems really full. Very nice, diverse wine list and very reasonably priced. Friendly cuisine with a menu that can be a little short. Efficient service but just average for Milan (the service is generally very excellent in Milan). The negative points: on my first visit, the wine I had chosen was restricted to one bottle in stock. Damage. On my second visit neither of the two wines chosen were in stock after a somewhat lengthy search. And the wine offered instead only had one bottle in stock. In short, it’s time to better manage your stock for a well-known wine bar! Another major fault: the red wine is stored on the shelf and is therefore served too hot….Result: nice place but could do better!
