25/01/2026: This was my second visit to this restaurant, which needs no introduction. Everything was impeccable, from the initial welcome to the final pampering. I can add that I appreciated the food even more, and we were particularly impressed by two dishes: the creamed Caprafico Farro with uncinato truffle and the exceptional Turnips, beans, and pink shrimp.
Great professionalism combined with an elegant and warm welcome made you feel right at home.

The menu is unique and sublime thanks to the great professionalism of Arcangelo and Angela, whose pastry making is a dream, and Peppino and Pascal, wonderful and accommodating people, who serve in the dining room.
A restaurant worthy of its Michelin star and the JRE association.

The credit goes especially to Bernardino, whose professionalism and friendliness made us feel right at home.
Incredible ingredients, from appetizers to main courses; next time I'll definitely save room for dessert!
A well-stocked wine cellar and a unique atmosphere. Five stars is the least I can give this experience.

Metre, the chef and sommelier (aka Alessandro Borghese) work hand in hand, offering their passion and expertise to serve guests.

22/01/2026: I attended a wedding at the New Gilda restaurant and it was a truly enchanting experience.
The location is breathtaking: elegant, refined, welcoming, perfect for such an important event as a wedding.
Not to mention the food, it was truly sublime. Excellent dishes, both in quality and presentation, from start to finish... like the dessert buffet and the confetti buffet, everything was perfect and delicious.
Special praise also goes to all the waiting staff: impeccable, elegant in their service, and always extremely polite and professional.
A restaurant I absolutely recommend!

05/03/2026: Beyond expectations... a beautiful 18th-century venue, the owners are very kind, both Massimiliano, a sommelier: one of the best in Abruzzo, and his wife Giulietta, a great chef... not to mention the service, professionals with great communication skills... the menu??? Great... try the cod cooked by Giulietta!!!! And not only that... what are you waiting for???? ❤️❤️

09/04/2026: A very welcoming, clean, and tastefully decorated place with friendly and attentive staff. Delicious breakfasts, aperitifs, lunches, and snacks. A wide selection of teas, herbal teas, extracts, and juices. Not to mention the desserts! Always attentive to the needs of their guests, who feel pampered and eager to return. A great meeting place for friends looking to chat in the city center. In short: spectacular!!

25/02/2026: Amazing arrosticini! I thought their Pallotte cacio e ova was the best I’ve had yet however served slightly cold. Regardless, the food was exquisite and service was good, not too pushy but available when needed. Overall atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Definitely worth a try if you have not been there before.
