28/05/2025: There is something profoundly honest in everything they do: from the warm bread that arrives as soon as you sit down, to the smile with which they ask you how it went, even if they already know. Here the cuisine is something alive, warm, personal. And then there is that dish, the burrata ravioli with saffron and lentils, which is worth the trip alone. It is a dish that speaks the language of tradition, but with a modern accent. And it does so with delicacy, without necessarily wanting to amaze. The room is well-kept, bright, with a view of the Maiella. In the summer you can also have lunch outside. It is all true, all simple but it is nice.

22/05/2025: Memorable experience. Beautiful location, excellent tasting menu for flavors, consistencies and combinations, with dishes that combine local products with innovative combinations. Excellent both service and hospitality, the staff takes care of everything down to the smallest details and the owners make you feel at home. Congratulations indeed!

07/05/2025: Il locale è accogliente e moderno, con qualche scivolata di gusto nell’arredo. Peccato, perché tutto il resto è eccellente. Il personale è giovane, preparato e molto gentile. La cucina è tradizionale ma alleggerita da note innovative e rispetta pienamente le più alte aspettative, senza scadere nel “ricerchismo” artefatto ed esasperato. Una nota di merito particolare per la carta dei vini, non eccessiva, ma solida e per la competenza del sommelier, giovane e molto appassionato. Ben rappresentato il territorio con materie prime di eccellenza e i migliori vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero eccellente. Merita assolutamente la visita

Really excellent gourmet dishes, quality of the ingredients and really beautiful presentation.. the veal cheek simply spectacular.. again really compliments to the chef.. compliments also to all the kind and attentive staff, it was an excellent service.. what else can I say.. you have to go.. as a guest I can't help you on the prices unfortunately, but it's still worth going..

10/04/2025: The location is wonderful. The environment is welcoming and refined. A gluten-free menu is also available upon request. Although the restaurant is not part of the AIC circuit, the staff is particularly attentive to contamination. I also recommend this place to people with celiac disease!

03/06/2025: If you visit the city of Vasto it is definitely a place to visit both to taste the dishes on offer and to see the spectacular panorama

01/06/2025: Una favola. Entrare nel castello è ti fa vivere e-mozione suggestive. Noi abbiamo cenato li e abbiamo goduto di un bellissimo panorama al tramonto. Consigliatissimo, cibo di qualità . I camerieri sono super gentili e disponibili ti fanno sentire a tuo agio . Una bellissima esperienza !
