12/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, slightly above-average prices, with thoughtful furnishings and architecture to welcome guests into an elegant cave-style setting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, while the menu offers interesting choices, both modern and traditional. The quality of the cuisine is good, perhaps a little on the "meager" side when it comes to appetizers (€15 for the cured meats appetizer, but it was a plate with very few slices for that price). The first courses were excellent (the tagliolini with cocoa are noteworthy: exceptional!), while the second courses were very well prepared, but perhaps a little on the small side (aside from the numerous fibrous/tough parts of the sirloin).
All in all, an excellent restaurant, with a vast and interesting wine selection featuring labels closely tied to the local area, and a good culinary experience: well worth the detour.
Tip for waiters: sometimes you can't be heard when you describe the dishes!

21/08/2025: Renovated hotel in a great location.
Comfortable rooms. It's a nice place to stay; the village is small but the location is excellent for visiting the surrounding towns, all reachable in about twenty minutes. The food is excellent; the ingredients are both visible and tastful. I think I'll choose it again next year to visit the other side of the Sangro River.

18/08/2025: An excellent place that we've been frequenting for years. On particular and particularly crowded days, it loses much of the qualities and peculiarities that make it so appreciated and loved.
14/08/2025: We had dinner at a very welcoming and well-kept location. The owner was very kind and approachable. The dishes were excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The wine selection was excellent.
Excellent value for money.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in a quiet and clean environment.

28/08/2025: Everything was delicious, the fish was incredibly fresh and the flavors were excellent. The wait staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The garden and outdoor area could be better maintained, given the spectacular view. The setting should do justice to everything else. "Youth" is definitely not the answer...
